I like Norwee's analysis so far. I'd be interested in hearing Ircher and the worst (the two votes on Norwee) explain if they still scum read there.
I looked at the worst's iso and I'm currently leaning their Norwee vote was a sheep at a time that Norwee might have been susceptible to a wagon, and I like their vote the least.-

I haven't played in a 2 Mafia setup in a long while, but what would the ideal strategy even be? Bus your partner and try to solo the rest of the game, or hard defend and hope that you just come off looking like a bad town later? In post 447, Something_Smart wrote:
This kind of argument has never been compelling to me. I feel like it overstates the extent that scum will go to in order to save one of their own. I actually don't mind being elimed. The worst is right (assuming he true claimed) that this game is totally winnable in all likelihood since two of the most elimable slots from Day 1 just became conftown.-

Have we ever played together? I am always low effort unless I'm like really invested in a game, which isn't often. In post 629, Wallflower wrote:Don't people want to make their MARK on the game?
Skating through Day 1 without doing much is my MO. And I always roll town.
Some of us just don't play Mafia that seriously. I make the commitment to log on at least once a day, read the thread, make a few replies that stuck out to me (bonus points for snark and/or humor), and then check out. I don't refresh the game to wait for replies. I just move on.
I have played this way for years. I don't need to make a mark on the game, and have never felt the need to do so.
---
Tracer, you still owe me an opening scene.
In regards to your comments, I get the impression I would have been damned if I did, damned if I didn't in regards to you. If I voted anyone other than you, I'm sure'd say I was bussing. But I vote for you, so it's a scum claim.
I voted for you because what amounts to two likely confirmed townies are also voting for you. Voting for SS is something I stated I would do as well, if necessary, but by your own comments, SS hasn't done anything, ergo they give the least information if flipped. So that is even more reason to vote you over them.
This doesn't feel like you from that monochromatic game where I knew you were scum, but that's also why I asked if you play differently as Tracer and Pooky.-

I really hope not. The MegA lim was major red flags, and if I'm eliminated today, I thinks it very important that we get a read list out of SS prior to that because as of right now SS being in a LimLo situation is sketch. In post 802, Wallflower wrote:

I can self meta too.
My last scum game was the Jungle of Bullshit game. I didn't even have to try, but I did. Like, I went full try hard. Before that, I was in the Color Red for half a day in the pairs game. I went full try hard there too.
The reason I hate playing Mafia is because I legit lose sleep over whether or not people can see through my bullshit. Like, I had to replace our of a Mafia game at one point because I lost sleep while I was sick, and it literally affected my health.
My scum tell is invisible to everyone, but it's simple. If I'm losing sleep over a game, I'm scum.-

I think I probably just need a break from Mafia for a while after this game. I haven't felt "into" a game since FFXIV, even Control was a game I thought I'd be hyped for but ended up just going through the motions. I just like to play because it takes my mind off the stresses in real life with my work schedule and what not.-

I didn't like the MegA wagon, and I don't think SS should be anywhere near LimLo given the relative unknown nature of the slot. It's cagey. I doubt it even gets off the ground, but if we are just circle jerking anyways, so...

I honestly feel like if the game were bigger, Pooky would be trying to bury me if he were scum. The issue is the game size, and his constant vote count kind of prevents him from just being brazen about it since after my flip, he would still likely get his comeuppance as scum. So how does he play in order to get time to either get his partner further or himself further as a result? My confidence in scum Tracer is probably 65-ish% and it's entirely based on the flash wagon at end of day yesterday and the reads of the IC township. MegA's wagon only served to save Tracer because he was E-1 at the time. I don't think SS or I were even E-2.
I don't even get this game currently because today both Tracer and I were at E-1 for hours with everyone posting.-

I don't feel like dwelling on this game for a week, I know where I want my vote. There's only two things that probably need to happen before I place it though.
Anyone who hasn't claimed, probably should. I'd be immensely impressed at any claim that might have information that sways people, but it should probably still be done as a formality.
SS needs to have a firm stance on every player remaining. I won't accept less than a list with everyone's names and town or scum read by it.-

The fact that you are still what amounts to trolling the game thread isn't changing my mind either.
Is anyone else claiming today, or do we not give a shit anymore? I am ready to vote if we are just fucking around.-

If you are asking if I buy the claim. I don't. Claiming Vengeful in LimLo feels almost like someone claiming Ascetic on Day 1... Convenient. In post 1188, NorwegianboyEE wrote:Toog what are your thoughts on the game?-

I feel like it explains your play and it also seems very unlike you to come up with a fake claim, and have it be something unusual such as vengeful of all things.
I'm always paranoid of Ascetic claims. Especially on slots that I feel would be a cagey read to begin with.In post 1196, NorwegianboyEE wrote:Also this is an weird thought. Why is claiming ascetic on day 1 used as an example? I think that usually comes from town so why is that the example used?-

I don't remember if I pushed tictac on their ascetic claim or not in Control. I spent most of that game as a sheep to Norwee. In post 1206, RCEnigma wrote:Will have to cross check this with Control. I don't remember who all pushed tictac on the ascetic claim besides Ceph
But you can look at Fusion uPick where I called out Ircher and then doubled down on it when he admitted to lying about the claim. And I called out LLD for a suspicious Day 1 claim that I felt could be a cover for Mafia in Isekai Mafia.
The point being that there are certain claims where you shouldn't just nod your head and think to yourself, "yeah, that probably legit."-

Mentally, playing scum tends to break me down. In real life, I feel absolutely nauseous if I attempt to deceive other people, and I am horrid liar (my wife reminds me constantly that I can't ever keep a secret from her because I have literal physical tells). In post 1241, Tracer Bullet wrote:hope you feel better Tooges
I am not kidding at all when I say that I don't sleep well when I get a scum PM.

I want to give a shout out to my scum buddy SS. I think we both felt Day 1 put us on the uphill climb, and for two players who don't really take control of games, SS never wavered without. I would like to say we got extremely lucky moreso than we played well, lol. I'm sure we owe some diety a few sexual favors.
I am sorry for how hard your game was Pooky. I truly felt bad, like I did you dirty.-
