Ok, I get that now too. Then, yes, it does look odd, since yurkin had a free vote (unless his RVS was a real vote, but I'm sure it was an RVS vote) but chose to FoS instead. Unless the person (me, in this case as the FoS recipient) is at L-1, or L-2 in your case as double voter, a vote should have been placed instead of an FoS. I think I got that straight.

On a side note, I should really work on my parenthesis and comma usages. That hurt my head trying to make it work without using all commas.
