First glance, The Bulge, PlusJoyed, and Murdercat are bound to have at least 1 Mafia in them. I doubt both Mafia would be bussing, 1 is probable, which means VP, Datisi, Klyne, DeasVail, Iamusername, Clidd have another one in them.

Titus could be wolfie bark bark.

however wolf is most likely on that galaxii wagon as well.

why are you discounting the possibility that Titus is mafia here?

A) I am patently not by the VCA. If mafia weren't on my wagon pushing it, they would have had the numbers to push me through.

What is so dicey about the counter-wagon though? I don't understand why this would be something scum-you wouldn't do.

If galaxii had flipped town, it absolutely would have looked like I was trying to save a buddy slowly plodding toward a misyeet. That's a bigger risk than necessary. Would have been way more obvious for scum!VP to just push a pre-existing wagon and then if it flipped town say "well, we were at deadline, what can you do?"

I don't think you actually believe this point, or you are not great at playing scum.

I lean fake but I can't tell whether this is melodrama or fake.

I did think it was weird IV said multiball a bunch of times in a row like that is supposed to mean something about how hard the game is for town.

In theory, multiball games are harder for town given the numbers, but I actually feel like my own mindset as town is pretty positive. There are so many scum, it's like a shooting gallery. I feel much more likely to hit scum on any given day, this creating more connections to investigate.

Part of what made me comfortable with Plus votes is that I thought that them remaining in the game while offering up nothing and barely contributing was more indicative of scum than town, however it has been shown here that this is something that can happen with Plus as town and that Plus has tried harder than this as scum before. I by no means believe that the meta is conclusive but it causes me doubt because it does invalidate to some degree the reasons why I thought Plus might be scum.

IV's entrance to the thread is not clear to me alignment-wise but the "I'm town I'm town I'm town" style stuff actually has me leaning town rather than scum. I would guess that scum-IV would go for a more subtle approach to looking town rather than just stating it, especially under that amount of pressure. It doesn't actually seem inauthentic to me, but I am prepared to be wrong.

ok there's a reason why i don't find this convincing At All. when i was thinking about repping into the game, i saw marashu's slot was next, i skimmed the last few pages, and i saw baltar yammering about marashu being scum with titus or something. and my first thought was that i do not want to be fighting that, especially if i do roll scum. but i saw the playerlist was good, the mod was good, so eh might as well practice talking my way out of shit as scum. it was basically a "ok if we get a red role pm we'll meme around and try our best and if we fail we fail". then i got a green role pm oops.

anyway the point is that iv's play here kinda reminds me of that - he said it himself that he thought he was getting a red role pm here upon repping in. like, someone who braced themselves to meme around and have to be dragging their slot out of dirt, had an explosive start, but upon it actually coming to Doing Something, he's like... Not Doing Anything.

however i do not think these two are scum together because deas seems to be making the worst possible associates with iv, and iv is more and more likely to flip today.

i guess i still find iv scummier than deas? like i dunno how much i have to offer on deas other than the ~gutpings~ for his klyne read and i think it was something about his baltar read that i didn't like? and also idk he's sitting on a vanity while not really trying to convince anyone into voting with him which makes me think he doesn't actually give a rat's ass about who dies today so.

Since we were successful yesterday, Days, I'm going to say we pull the same alliance today. I think the wagon comp on IV is pretty good so far. I am more comfortable now saying I might have been wrong on Titus earlier, given her recent posting.

But if we need to switch up for another scum last minute I'm game.

I do think your theory about IV replacing into a red pm makes some level of sense given IV's lack of real contribution. This is following the game we all just completed where he was town and did a lot to try to right a listing ship.
