for ur theory to be true super would have to feel comfortable taht she would never need to buss the other teammate so i am assuming it isn't someone she thinks would go into a suspect range.

Thats just reasonable. U don't just buss one partner in this setup to get some strong towncredit. You do it for lock town status of urself and enough credit so ur teammate never gets yeeted. Right?
