I think the opposite of this.

If you elim town d1, d2 becomes LyLo if you publish the list

If you elim scum, you can then either get 3 conftown and scum have to play perfectly if scum put both of themselves off the list, or you get one scum in 3 and one scum in 5, and if you hit scum again you can get 2 or 4 conftowns
