Figuring out AutoPlay for Nancy's hand.

1) She needs 9 Crystals to win this turn; she has only 1.
2) She has >2 Building Markers.
3) If 1 is impossible, so is 3.
4) She has no gray cards, so is limited to two squares of movement.
Accessible squares: D5, E3, E4.

D5 pays out 3 Crystals (2 Synergy, 1 Helper, 0 Leader).
E3 pays out 1 Crystal (0 Synergy, 1 Helper, 0 Leader).
E4 pays out 5 Crystals (1 Synergy, 2 Helper, 2 Leader).

Completing E4 requires Brown 4 + Brown 3.

Note: AutoPlay prefers not to use Wilds. That means it'll use the Brown cards as Browns, *not* as Wilds - even though Brown 1 + Brown 1 = Wild 3, which beats Brown 2! One of those cases where AutoPlay's idiosyncrasies might cost it a little.

Brown 2 + 1 + 1 = Brown 4.

Alternately, Brown 2 + Brown 1 = Brown 3, leaving a Brown 1 over.

If forced to use Wilds, AutoPlay prefers Greens > Browns (as Wild) > Whites. It explicitly values a strategy of using all Greens over using a single Brown (as Wild specifically - using Brown as a Brown is fine.)

Ergo, AutoPlay will do the following:

Zone B: Brown 2 + Brown 1 + Brown 1.
Zone C: Green 1 + Green 1 + Green 1.

The more efficient play (saving a Green 1) would be:

Zone B: Brown 2 + Green 1 + Green 1
Zone C: Brown 1 + Brown 1 (Wild power) to make a Wild 3.

Formal stating if it's necessary:

Moving: it will move from D4 to E4, playing no cards and moving no Dragons.
Rebuilding: it will play: Brown 2 + Brown 1 + Brown 1 to Zone B, then Green 1 + Green 1 + Green 1 to Zone C, completing the Sector. Nancy will gain 5 Crystals; Ninetales will gain 3 Crystals.
Discard/Drawing: it will discard nothing and draw 2 cards.

This will put it at 6/9 Crystals. (That 9 might be going up at any moment, though ...) It'll be burning through most of its Wild potential this way, though - leaving it with the Hospice (1 Crystal) and two Gray buildings (and no Gray cards!)

4) Nancy is stuck with a Move of 2 this round. She can reach D5, E2, E3.
She cannot complete any of them. Her wild power is limited to Wild 3 (Gold 3 + White 2); she has a Red 1 and no Gray cards at all.
5) She cannot contribute to E3. She can contribute to E2 or D5 with the above listed Wild. E2: Zone C; D5: Zone B.
D5 is worth 3 Crystals; Leader is ignored as she cannot secure the Leader bonus.
E2 is worth 2 Crystals; Leader is again ignored.

Figuring out AutoPlay for Nancy's turn.

Nancy needs 9 Crystals to win and only has 6. 1) is out.
Nancy has more than 2 Building Markers. 2) is out.
If 1) is out, 3) is out.

Completing buildings:

Nancy has a Gray 2, so can move up to 4 spaces by using it. She also has 6 points of black cards and a White 1, so can finish any single zone with that combination.

Even with the Gray 2, she can't reach B1. That's out.
She'd need to spend the Gray 2 to reach E2, and the White 1 + Black cards aren't enough to complete it. (E2 has two zones left; even though those four black cards add up to 6, the White 1 requires that all converted cards go to the same Zone. If she were in normal range of E2, she could complete it by spending the Gray 2 on Zone C and the White 1 + Black 2 + Black 2 on Zone A).
That leaves B5, D5, and E3, all of which she can complete with White 1 + Black 2 + Black 2 + Black 1.

B5 pays out 4 Crystals (and a scale, not considered).
D5 pays out 3 Crystals (and two cards, not considered).
E5 pays out 3 Crystals (and three scales, not considered. Note - this would guarantee Nancy's victory next round! vincentw would get six crystals, but that's not enough for him to win. Alas, AutoPlay has a blind spot when it comes to scales.)

B5 has the most Crystals, so here's the move.

Moving: move from D5 to B5. Play no cards, move no Dragons.
Rebuilding: play White 1, Black 2, Black 2, Black 1. White 1 converts all three Black cards to Wilds; all of them get applied to Zone A, completing it. Nancy gets 4 Crystals and 1 Scale; Sirius gets 4 Crystals.
Discard/Drawing: discard nothing; draw 2 cards.

Notes: AutoPlay actually has to do its discard check here, as this puts Nancy at 10 Crystals, which *is* enough to win. But she already has a Gray 2 and doesn't need any Gold cards, so it won't discard (as normal).
Also, she has the card power to summon all three Dragons here. Doing that would give her an additional 3 Scales, which has the same effect as completing E3 - scale resolution and an extra 3 Crystals. 10 is enough to win, BUT - if everyone else picks up a VP before her next turn comes up (and they all can! everyone's in range and has the crystals necessary), then by the time her turn comes around the cost will have risen to 11 and she'll be one crystal shy.

I see two possible outcomes at this point. If either vincent or Ninetales go for more Crystals, Nancy wins. But Sirius has a path to victory as well:

Sirius: complete E3. 18 -> 24; vincent: 18 -> 24.
vincent: buy a VP for 9. 24 -> 13; 2 VP.
Ninetales: buy 2 VPs for 10 each plus 2. 28 -> 6.
Nancy: complete B1. 10 -> 13; Ninetales: 6 -> 9.
Sirius: win. Cost for VPs is 11 each; 11 + 11 + 1 is 23 and he has 24.

Sirius can also grab a VP first and I think he can still win on that path, so long as vincent and Ninetales buy 2 VPs between them?

Calculating AutoPlay for Nancy's hand:

The price to win (for those with 3 VPs) has risen to 11 Crystals; Nancy only has 10.
Nancy has >2 Building Markers.
#3 is overwritten by #1.
Completing buildings:

Nancy has a Gray 2, so has a move maximum of 4.

The only buildings in reach are B1 (requires spending the Gray 2) and D5 (does not require spending the Gray 2).

Nancy can complete B1 with the White 2. She cannot complete D5 - this requires 5 points in Gray and she can only muster 4 (Gray 2 + White 2 + any of her other 2s).

Completing B1 puts her at 13 Crystals, which is enough to win next turn, so we do the discard check again - and this time AutoPlay needs a Gray 2 (or Gray 1) to win, but doesn't have one. So it *will* discard this turn.

Discard priority is White (no; it just got spent) > Brown (yes, but only one card; keep looking) > Green (no) > Red (yes, one card, which is enough - stop).

So:

Moving: Play a Gray 2, move to B1. Play no other cards; move no other Dragons.
Rebuilding: play a White 2, rebuilding Zone B and completing it. Nancy gets 3 Crystals; Ninetales gets 3 Crystals and a Scale.
Discard/Draw: discard Brown 2, Red 1; draw 4 cards.
