Nope. Could just be that I wasn't paying attention to the thread when people were posting about them, or that they weren't there.

I know that there was a lot of ~playing the game~ that just kinda went over my head because it felt like everyone was just going through the motions of playing mafia and not actually producing any interesting content. So it's entirely possible that I missed something during that.

As I was saying earlier, it feels lazy and devoid of any further thought.

I mean he specifically referenced the existence of further thought... why not ask about his other reasons, instead of assuming he has none?

This isn't 20 questions, or an interview. I agree that it's good to ask people questions to actually see what they think when sorting them. But what someone doesn't post is just as much evidence for their alignment as what they do post. Sometimes, it's actually a lot more evidence.

Does it? I liked it. I'm not sure if it really helped me sorting anyone but I liked it. Interested in if you can qualify a bit further - there's something similar there to your "why would I respond to you if you aren't voting me?" thing earlier but maybe on a different wavelength.

My big issue with Harvey and Haley rn is WIM telling. Haley being absent is probably the biggest red flag for me here, especially if I assume it's Anya based on Auro's previous interactions with them, and having played with them being absent scum.


Miss Midnight needs a good read over too when i'm sane.

Not much, really. Which sounds dismissive, but from what I've seen so far it seems like every vote on me is mostly just an extension of that phase from earlier where everyone was hopping on wagons mostly just to hop on them and see if it would build any sort of pressure. I'm not actually sure if anyone voting me except Thor actually scumreads me. Don't think anyone including Thor has actually given any reasons. I sort of get the motivation though. Beneath the outer layer of this mysterious, enigmatic and incredibly stylish player lies the true, sensitive heart of a poet. So it makes sense to want to try to see deeper.

Oh, one more thing I forgot to mention. Everyone always gets antsy when people disappear for a while. Happens every single time. Probably one of the biggest correlations with getting eliminated is just not being in-thread constantly. So the timing makes sense to me as well.

I will say I hadn't realized I was tied for first wagon, though.

Haley is always low pressure D1 and I don't think he's been playing mafia lately. I'm more focused on what Harvey is doing rather than literal absence.

So about that.
My other head took a break from Mafia a few months ago. He was down to give it another go as a hydra since this is my first game in a while as well, but still doesn't feel like playing.
Guess he might read parts of the game if I ask him to, if there's anything specific y'all want I'll ask.

My other head is Xtoxm. He usually lurks in games - we thought maybe a hydra would help gain more interest to play but it still doesn't.

My scumread on Miss Midnight was because it felt like she was playing whack a mole but only punching the moles halfway with the hammer, like when she said she thought me listing 3 most likely scum positions was an attempt at really bad shade, when it was just an observation. She's applied a little more force on the Gamma whack though which I like.
