Meuh because of the miller counter claim. Feel like a move that would unnecessarily draw negative attention, assuming Meuh scum / Pooky town, counter claiming into taking the stance that there will not be 2 millers, and voting pooky, seems like a recipe to getting pooky to constantly scum read you the entire game.

Broadly speaking the vast majority of players aren't the type to claim miller as mafia, it takes a specific type of bold/risky player because most players tend to play scum rather passively. Meuh doesn't really fit into that archetype in my head and I'm inclined to believe her claim, her posting afterwards reads solidly town to me and I don't see reason to doubt that.

whether there are two millers in this game is up to prism not me so if I want to tunnel her for "being the same role as me" that's basically trying to outguess the mod and it's unlikely i get anywhere with that. I am not informed of her alignment,

this is one of the things I thought, why would scum!meuh do that

hence I thought one of the reasons for scum!meuh doing this was a spur of the moment unplanned spontaneous thing, thats why I asked her for flavor, nicely at first and then with pressure in case she was scumlolcatting and didnt prepare.

I thought about her flavor claim, thought it didnt make much sense, then decided to drop it after she brought up the example pm because I could sort of see it as a flavor.

I decided to slot her as basic vt after that because outguess the mod is useless and read her on what she actually does.

I feel like it is pretty standard to be suspicious of a CC. Also to be suspicious that this 9 player game has 2 millers.

I think that I would not have been as suspicious of you, if you had responded with the reasons why she is more likely to be town given the situation, but instead you walked this middle road of half heartedly pushing her, and then dropping it, and moving on. And that does not feel like a townie, who thinks her position is townie OR a townie who thinks that her cc makes her scum by default.

i’m going to try to explain again my issue with your vote on me at the time, with the caveat i’m less heated right now because your last post in that big quote chain felt reasonable to me and i might be wrong

i don’t think that, in games, people explicitly say what they are thinking or could potentially do which is obvious, however i think that sometimes the “feel” of what they could do can permeate the thread. (i feel like an insane person)
as in mafia are always going to be reading the thread and see what direction they could push it in potentially even if no one has outright said they want me dead, at that point i felt that your vote on me was one rhat would be pushing on me, an agenda kd kt makes it like easier to say i guess

that was my issue with your vote on me given that i thought it was a weak vote for the informed reasonkng and then after your attitude felt not great

And I am trying to say that the way you went about sorting the question did not feel genuine.

I did not see a gut reaction scum read, and I did not see an analytical take on why she would do that as scum (You never voiced a reason to think she was town before the post you just made).

You just pushed back at her half heartedly when she pushed you, and then dropped it.

And that feels off to me.

And thinking about it from a scum POV, "tell me a flavor that makes sense as a miller" into "sure that flavor makes sense" into "pivoting away from the double miller claim" seems like a reasonable plan of action given the situation.

do you think the vibes/atmosphere of the game that Ydrasse is talking about actually did exist in her point of view? or do you think she's fabricating the 'vibes' as a reason to push you?

I think as either alignment Ydrasse may have genuinely felt people were going to suspect her, and if she's town wouldn't it make sense to see the timing of your vote as suspicious? I don't think it's an inherently
