Also, what is NM doing? Worst play I’ve ever seen.
I can't remember the last N_M post that wasn't bland, unimaginative and lame. Some shitposters are at least somewhat funny. You are the epitomy of the type of poster that nobody would miss if you were to suddenly disappear. You never add anything of value.
I'm guessing you haven't read the game and probably never will? Why even sign up to play?

So, this was a really messy game. I definitely wasn't playing my top spymaster game here. To be truthful, every single clue I've given my team felt like a letdown, and I want to apologize to my team for these horrendous clues.
They did work out thou, so they evidently weren't so horrendous. In fact I think the PIANO clue was quite clever (shot-out to Farren for getting it, I don't think I would have).
Next up were Shakespeare/Macbeth/swashbuckling/Romeo, but for all of them I wasn't sure of the connection with strike would be obvious. Quite curious what you guys think.
Personally I don't think I would think of STRIKE with any of those except swashbuckling but then idk if I could see OPERA; or perhaps Macbeth but the link is much feebler in my mind.
Then I thought you'd make the connection to BOXING, a sport where two competitors attempt to STRIKE each other with their fists.
... This was much more sensical that what we ended up concluding indeed. Guess we did strike lucky on that one.
I will straight up disregard all reason if you have a PR dream again. You can come back and be like, “I dreamt that Locke is a N2 Bulletproof Multitasking Cop and Self-Targeting Doctor,” and I will go, “Okay, Locke kill it is then.”

Yeah, it's good then that I didn't goo with any of the theatre related ones. I agree Macbeth might have a connection but a rather feeble one.
Yeah, with the exception of Shakespeare, all the rest of those clues you were considering would have sent me to ATLANTIS well before STRIKE. Shakespeare probably doesn't send me to either one. Maaaybe I get to Shakespeare > writer > writer's strike?
Still, even if the two connections we found were unintended, the spymaster is usually the one responsible for unintended connections (unless they're *way* out there, and strike my fancy was solid, especially given that fancy-pants was intended). So you still get the credit.
Like, for example, in a world where Concert is ours and Organ is the assassin, giving Piano 5 as a clue and failing to recognize that "organs" are instruments as well as fleshy sacks of goo. That would be an unintended connection.

And yeah, biancospino was an excellent partner.
Oh yeah that would definitely be on me if I did that.
