For the second one, the only other things I can think of besides DRILL are MOLE (as burrowing creature: it has a mouth / as a skin growth: it's part of the body, like a mouth is) and Chest (both body parts), but I don't see how either of those could connect to Truck or Typewriter, even tenuously.
