I have no reason to care

. Since my bold post, I saw one substantive post about Cakez and this post which comes close.

Scum wouldn't want conversation about original scum. Cakez even fits VCA on scum, but I didn't comment there because I know people hate VCA.

If no one.comments on my posts, why should I comment on their noise?

I am of the mindset that this is too bold of a play for Aureal to be scum.

Dan has group scum possibility for me too, really the only reason I see is that people are naturally following around him, and i think in this type of game, you kind of have to have that, especially with the given info. That’s how the nature of this game you find associations.

That being said, it’s hard to put that as anything but paranoia for me because that is something that can easily happen with a Town Dan, and they haven’t done anything really inherently scummy.

This is more of an Aureal defense than a Dan push, though.

I find it scummy that Aureal is pushing Dan because I don't see any valid logic behind that push, like you said he hasn't done anything inherently scummy

I assume I can't quote posts from there, but:

He made a post early on about expecting me or Maestro to be the N1 convert(I even asked why me, to no asnwer), then after I claimed my role what blocked FL from targeting Dan on N2, Dan assumed that it must have been me that blocked Maestro from being converted as well(didn't even occur to me at the time that this was tmi).

That was the post I wanted to talk to Dan about, and part of his response was to talk about mention, apropos to nothing, a mention of a in game flavor name and how it relates to FL.....and worded it as if I should know what he was talking about(no mention of the in game flavor name before in the FG).......really felt like a PT slip, like he meant to post it not in FG.

And now his posting seems like total damage control(literally as I am typing this and looking on my phone at the FG)

if there is Group Scum + Traitor in there, i'm leaning it as Dan + Maestro, with Maestro pushing to get Cakez dead, which is a good play if scum know Titus' first list was all town. A Traitor probably would. Group scum might not based on potential of not knowing their traitor's name.

Reasons
1) Cakez feels scummy
2) His claim to be on the list was out of nowhere
3) If wrong, we confirm a real name that isn't group scum.
4) There seems to be a lot of resistance to Cakez without defending the play.

I'll engage you on this a bit.

I think cakez feels more towny than null to me. His flitty votes don't feel part of any scum agenda or particularly scummy in general. His posts have never particularly struck me as scummy. The only questionable thing from my memory was the nk15 vote as at the time I definitely thought you were the better fade and I never sympathized with any nk15 votes in general.

I'm not sure by how much but of I were to take your role at face value the probability that either name from the first set is town increases over random chance in the first place. Even if you get a confirmed name conversions poison the trust of the other. So a fade for info isn't as valuable as it could be and it should be dismissed.

Re 4) For me another aspect is his behavior role and membership in the FG group which I view positively.

Perhaps we can go over point 1 a bit more to see who shares and doesn't share that opinion and why. I can go over cakez' posts and see if I see anything more material to boast my assessment

If a name drops off, we can speculate that they were converted but it's not a hard guilty.

I don't believe the mod put 3 town in the first list. Thus Cakez likelihood of being town drops to 50% which is lower than average.

I just compromised on Cakez without really scumreading them recently after tiring of a game, and i think it was the key factor in losing said game.

I don’t see Cakez as the scummy one in FG, i don’t really like playing with the probability of the list either
