No one wants to mass-claim to get the trap set for Scum late-game. We've got Neighbors too scared to share what's being said in the Neighborhood like they're bitch-ass is about to get shanked. People are lurking and being passive and playing way too damn safe. Titus is like a non-entity this game and I don't think I like that.
