Backpedelled?I admitted that I'm wagoning, however there was some justification behind each vote.
I've been keeping along with the discussion and great points have been raised as well as countered. The general flow of the game has dictated my vote patterns. You can't expect me to jump out and repeat things that have already been said, and we've discussed in much detail that It'd be pressed to find anything new.
I want to see the case against me, or else I feel that you 4 [armlx, Rosso, M-M, kirby] are trying to deflect attention away from Klebian. On a Mafia-diet -

How did vaughn "backpeddle"?Rosso Carne wrote:vaughn just backpedalled at 4 votes.
Pretty sure thats a good scumtell.
And when vaughn asked you that, you just said this:
It's a bit ironic, but I think you just backpeddled about vaughn backpeddling.Rosso Carne wrote:you got all pissy about 4 votes.
Theresnot a presented case really besides you being scummy.I want us to win just for Yos' inevitable rant alone. -CrashTextDummie-

1. So you take no position on either person that you voted? That doesn't seem very protown.Vaughn wrote:All i see is: you think I'm scummy for wagoning.
I was impartial to Twomz, and i'm impartial about Kleb right now.
truth be told, I'm barely following, but I do have some thoughts about players who I think are pro-town. Not much on the scumdar yet, I'm afraid.
Well the TWN seemed bout right, and the connection between Kleb and TWN from Yos.. seems vague at best.
There does seem to be some form of "defense", but I'm not sold on it.
That last part (bolded for emphasis), sounds a lot like a make-shift defense for Kleb.armlx wrote:Vote Vaughn for wagonning with lack of reasoning(and always on wrong wagons too...)
unvotebecause wagon votes lose purpose once you have to explain yourself.
2. You say you have thoughts on who is protown, yet you don't say who those people are?
3. No scumdar = unhelpfulThe end justifies the means.-

1. I obviously got off the fence, or else i wouldn't have voted. I'm simply stating that motivation behind voting for them wasn't solid. (i.e. bandwagoning)
2. My thoughts on protown players: PJ, Thok, and Yos. However, I didn't want to reveal this bit of information because these players generally have great playing style, which makes it difficult to distinguish their behaviour as town or scum. I have noted that they've been keeping a level-headed mind throughout the game. (not rushing to bandwagon, etc.)
Also, i'm wary of this, because without information on our most vocal players, we have no idea which direction they're leading us.
3. No scumdar = no scumdar. Helpfulness isn't something you can throw at me as an attack. How would I help? If you mean catch scum, then how can you, or anyone for that matter, follow my suggestions without knowing my motivation (i.e. alignment).
For all we know, Yos, who seems to be attacking Rosso, could be scum. Sure he's being helpful, but who's he helping?
However, I will add some discussion:
I'm beginning to feel that Klebian may be connected to one of my aggressors. My most likely suspect is Kirby.
You shouldn't confuse helpfulness with cooperation. I'm more than ready to point out discrepancys, as well as answer any questions that you may have.
I only state that I don't have sufficient information to form a conclusive statement about who i think is scum, or which direction I think we should go.On a Mafia-diet -

That post was bizarre >.>
1) Why not reveal who you think is pro-town?
2) We don't want to hear your suspicions so we can follow you necessarily, we want to establish relationships between you and other players.
3) Why point out the WIFOM behind Yos's helpfulness? It's like the core assumption of the game of Mafia.
4) Why Kirby? Details would be helpful.
5) You say you want to be cooperative. That's not a word I would associate with a proactive town member looking for scum.
Yes, it's early and we don't expect you to have a firm handle on the identities of scum. That's no reason not to boldly trumpet who you think they may be.dialing in mildly protown reads since 2006-

I beleive I stated who I thought was town.MrBuddyLee wrote:That post was bizarre >.>

I could go for an armlx lynch.MBL wrote:2) We don't want to hear your suspicions so we can follow you necessarily, we want to establish relationships between you and other players.
To make a point. You stated I wasn't being helpful. I retorted that helpfulness can't be judged objectively.MBL wrote:3) Why point out the WIFOM behind Yos's helpfulness? It's like the core assumption of the game of Mafia.
He was the second one to latch onto me. M-M had a basis for his votes, but Kirby seems like a wagon vote.MBL wrote:4) Why Kirby? Details would be helpful.
To be fair, I did state that I find something fishy with my four aggressors. I don't have any information to back that up, but I will be looking more closely at them.MBL wrote:5) You say you want to be cooperative. That's not a word I would associate with a proactive town member looking for scum.
Surprisingly, I swore I saw PJ make a post in this game. But looking at the player list. I'm mistaken. The most likely place I got PJ's name from is Committee Mafia, because it's the only other game I'm currently in with a similar size and history. Sadly, how I think PJ is protown in Committee doesn't affect our game at all, so please ignore it.On a Mafia-diet -
