Right now, I can see the Shadow lurker / Vaughn scum thing a little. Vaughn hasn't struck me as scummy so far, but could become so. I also agree that shadow lurker could be scum, as he did box klebian in, Which i did not like.

I dont know what it is about your play style, but it involves boxing people in untill they say something scummy, or draw a lot of attention to themselves. If you had not caught scum, I would think very poorly of your playstyle, and possibly vote you for it. It also makes it so the person can't defend themself with it seeming very scummy to you.

I like how you COMPLETELY IGNORED my point and didn't even bother defending against that post or trying to explaining it.

Instead of trying to discredit me, how about answering what I want?

And I have no idea what was the point in what you just said? What the heck is boxing someone in? I think what you mean is, I pressure people, get a reaction, and determine if their reaction is scummy or not. If you would try and vote me for that, then that's ridicolous.

I was just commenting how, at the time Vaughn just seemed like a scape-goat, and how it was a little scummy, and how you were acting scummy, I was not saying that vaughn wasnt scum 100% or anything, but just how I found it wierd that all of a sudden there was a vaughn push, and how you made it so whatever kleb said would seem scummy to you. I am also just saying, that while it seemed wierd that people were all jumping on him.

look.... we all know that Rosso likes hammering, and I dont really see what you find bad about this post other than the delay of hammering someone who would turn out to be scum. At the time I think it was better to wait and let him claim, then to kill right away to end day without any more discussion.

I was asking about why the sudden change from "Vaughn is probably not scum" to "I think Vaughn is scum" which once again, you completely fail to defend against or explain.

I also like how you try and justify Rosso's playstyle here saying it is hammering but don't bother accusing him of what you said after. If Rosso likes quickhammering, wouldn't he be ending the day without discussion and without claim? While you justify Rosso's playstyle providing legitimate reasons why you might like it, you try to make a BS discrediting attack on me.


You still have not answered any of my points.

You say Vaughn doesn't seem like scum yet you accuse him of being a scumbuddy with me with zero justification.

In your next post, you change your tune and say you think Vaughn is scum once again with no justification.

Lastly, in this post, you attempt to discredit me while explaining nothing from the above posts.

at first did not appear all that scummy, but then I reread and there was more against him, so he appeared more scummy to me. Personally as far as Rosso's hammering goes, there could be more discussion yes, but I thought that there would maybe be some time before he checked in for some more discussion, or we would get to a point where we think the day should end. I know, that I seem to support both, but I do not really like his hammering, but you can't change what a person does, so might as well try to like it, and try your best to aviod the lynch happening as fast.

Gah. We have a deadline in 3 days, we only get a lynch if we get a majority vote on somebody and depending on what the Pharoah's done there's a possibility we could be throwing two lynches away if we're not careful.

At this point in the game, I don't mind lynching a person who has claimed townie and who has a fairly good (IMHO) chance at being mafia.

I'd be willing to move to CPE (my current guess at the remaining scum is CPE, CDB, Yos2) if necessary to secure a lynch today, but no lynching on day 3 because some people don't bother to say anything about the CDB wagon (armlx, hezlucky, and MBL and possibly Yos2 and CPE) is stupid.

@CPE-The only thing you have done today to say "Shadowlurker sucks because he keeps attacking people". Grow up and deal with it; controlled aggressive play like SL's (he's been pressuring people, but only a small number of people based on tells he's picked up) can be useful precisely because of the reasons you are complaining about.

If you are town, the best way to deal with attacks like SL is to go hunting for scum yourself and convince us that you are town.

The arguments posted against CPE so far have been pretty weak; the only ones I've seen are "Yos defended him" (I defend people quite often, and I'm usually right when I do; you've played enough games with me to know that) and "he got confused about Twomz and Tamuz" (which I still think is a pretty stupid reason to lynch someone). Is there anything else against him?

Granted it's better to lynch a claimed vanillia at this point of the game then a no-lynch, if that's what it comes down to at deadline, and I'll vote for it if I have to in order to ensure a lynch, but I'd really much rather see someone post a decent argument against him here.
