Has this particular head played mafia before?

Because I'd put, like, the 8th vote on someone in RVS if I felt like trolling.

3 votes in a 19p game and he thinks it's suspicious?

You said it yourself: every game, people will be wondering if you're breaking the pattern this time. I absolutely don't understand people willing to give you a pass just because you said you were town.

You now live in New Orleans in 2010.
There were about 2,600 reported violent crimes that year in the city.
That's an average of about 7 violent crimes committed a day.
Sure, a person who has lived in New Orleans for a long time (a seasoned resident) would accept this crime-rate as a part of daily life.
To an outsider, and, quite logically speaking, that's a lot of violent crimes to be committed in one city in one day.

Does this make sense to you?
Do you see why three rapid votes can be simultaneously unnerving and something a veteran player in a large game could shrug off?

Stream of consciousness as I'm catching up....

-Not liking adrift's blatant buddying, not one bit.
-Tiphaine can you please explain to me wtf is going on with you? If you can confirm a townie, IMO that's a good thing to hardclaim rather than leave it in wifom-land.
-Ok 2 pages later Tiphaine looks pretty town
-Titus seems to have a gift for sowing discord
-Stubbs' post is a very bizarre and abrupt departure from the discussion. Why bring up a traitor? Why is he choosing to de-rail that conversation with role spec? I find the idea that a mafia traitor that had been recruited could somehow mistake recruitment for a dayvig to be laughable. slip?
-I still can't read slandaar at all
-Not liking Stubbs' going back to RVS in order to find reason for a vote... there are plenty of more relevant things happening. Feels like he's reaching.
-505 is scumtastic. TD is p town, and I don't see Titus being scum unless TD is also scum. "Too chaotic" is a cop-out for "I can't find a good reason not to town-read him" and I don't like the way he says the TD-Titus thing is "weird" but then decides to purposely ignore it while calling Titus scum.
-520, not understanding why he got caught, etc.

Having caught up I'd happily stand in line for a lynch on any of:

Stubbs
PerV
Slandaar
Eddie
Rift
Jabakaswhatever
Baezu
Arcangel

I was thinking of this post. When I was rereading the thread earlier today it prompted me to ask BRO what he thinks your alignment is, because the post indicates an implicit assumption that you are town.
Oh, I see what you're saying. Nope, didn't really bother me at the time

My case and the interaction with it, by Amrum, can be found by-and-large around post and onward.

That's for any players who might miss it in all the noise you're making, friend.
Your case is predicated on someone agreeing that Amrun's refusal to re-state her case on titus is scummy. I actually think it's the opposite; I tell people to fuck off and go read my iso all the time as town.

If I take that out of your case, then the remainder of your reasoning for Amrun being scum seems to boil down to her being mean to you, the "I'm tired excuse" which IMO is a legit point, but also "she's using V/LA as an excuse" which is not legit, and if you pulled that on me I'd go thermo-nuclear on you because it's an asshole move.

I recently had some bad feedback about my abrasive play style and the last few games I've been trying to change that. You should consider the same because quite frankly you come off like a douchebag. Your posts are just really condescending, and the incessant roleplay of referring to yourself in the 3rd person just makes it hard to follow what you're saying.

In any case:

I can definitely see where you're coming from with the "I'm tired" thing, but right now I still think Stubbs is a better wagon. You should sheep it for great justice.

No, but being what you perceive to be helpful doesn't either. It would be a bigger boon to scum if I told the truth.

I think I saw something Ghostlin said that made me think they're not a worry.

I am still uncomfortable with the Titus/TD/Jabarkus thingy. At the very least, there should be some plan on how/when to deal with this because I don't want them spilling the beans in LYLO and we all go, "that doesn't confirm any of you."

It's not a big jump to realize that Metal Sonic had been ignoring that question before and is just generally being a herpalurk. It's not irrational for Stubbs to believe answering that question would lead no results.

How about you quit tunneling and provide a read on someone else?

Found me some scum.

VOTE: BROseidon

Dude has had his vote parked on EddieFenix for ~40 pages now. His stated reasons for voting Eddie are that "he was scum with varsoon and should know better that this is not varsoon's scumgame"

After parking his vote, Bro simply stops mentioning eddie save for one or two token mentions, e.g. 1009. No pushing, no probing, he certainly never tries to engage with Eddie. This is indicative of scum who's trying to stay out of the spotlight, since votes attract attention. He's trying to slip by, commenting on things without ever really committing, i.e. "Yeah I'd be fine with XYZ lynch" or "No, this is ABC's town game" but never offering deep analysis or insight.

Zoidberg, are you being lazy town or lazy scum?
Iso 14 is you voting him and 15 came 3 posts later. This is when you started the vote-park and doesn't refute anything I've said.

iso 18 is you asking him a question, sure, but later on you chastise me for asking questions I'm not going to get an answer to. Why the double standard, if eddie is a lurker? Moreover why are you parking your vote on a lurker when there are much juicier targets like stubbs?

iso 26 I already mentioned. Asking a single player what they think of another single player != making a concerted push. What it does equal is a merely token offense.

iso 30 same thing. It's like you just pop in now and again to say "btw guys im still voting eddie even though it's clearly going nowhere".

iso 37 is a cop-out because this post came AFTER I'D CALLED YOU OUT ON IT. Nice attempt to inflate your list of mentions artificially. Take away 14, 15, and 37 and you've mentioned your vote target a grand total of 3 times in 40 pages.

Face it you're caught scum.

In post 1309, Titus wrote:This seems a "look at this guy" post so we don't analyze you as deeply. It would look particularly weird if every fifth post or so by Bro was "Remember, Eddie's lurking".
Okay, well that's your interpretation I guess, but I'm not sure why I would give a shit about ducking peoples' attention when there's only a single vote on me.

Did you actually read what I wrote or did you just dismiss it out of hand? Because if you'd actually read it you'd see that Bro is being transparently specious in his attempts to inflate the number of times he mentions eddie.

-Votes eddie, mentions him 3 posts later because he has to, otherwise it will be obvious
-3 mentions of eddie over the next 40 pages
-I call him out
-He uses his response to me as an example of how he's mentioned eddie.

Uhhh nope, error does not compute.

The context you seem to be missing is that he included the intial vote and a post AFTER I called him out in his list of times he mentioned Eddie.

What could possibly be the town motivation for such a blatant attempt to discredit me by inflate his list in such a way?

Moreover I fail to see the town motivation for parking your vote on a lurker, and then chastising me for trying to interrogate a lurker.

Bro is the scum, when he is lynched the rest of us are conftown hence the value of the lynch.

Why isn't it Sonic? perhaps you debate this? He pmed the mod about the alignment of the as we knew it liar and mod told him scum; this makes him town alone. I have confirmed this myself. I very highly doubt he does this as scum.

Why did you claim Sland? Well scum already know about us so it doesn't make much difference except for the fact now the whole town does too.

Lynch BRO.
Whoa whoa whoa, 4 cops plus whatever other roles are able to "confirm" to each other?

That seems pretty suspect.
