On Sunday night I realized that I had an exam that Monday for material I hadn't bothered to go over yet, I had to read two 30-page stories for Wed, finish writing a paper for Wed, read&critique 4 peer-written stories by Wed, read Letter from Birmingham by MLK and prepare an oral report on it for 50 minutes from now, read Frankenstein and write a 1500 word response paper on it by this coming Wed, prepare an oral report on it, and read&critique 3 more stories. Not to mention I'm in marching band and we have an away game this weekend. I consider schoolwork more important than this. So expect my activity to be shaky until about Wed night or Thurs.

??? Why were you okay with lynching Sakura? You've basically said "I'm not willing to lynch her for #1, I don't know about #2, and I have mixed feelings about #3."

Because she has the highest scum-read for me. I call her out on (I think the term is) active lurking she immediately fixes it and starts actively scum-hunting.
I also don't like that she switched her vote off of me so easily. If you were so convinced I'm scum, why would you switch from me regardless of whether or not I was active? Even if I were replaced my successor would inherit my role so a lynch on me would continue to benefit town. Kyxtoid (sp?), you too.

Yeah ok, maybe not for hedging (for some reason i saw her as hedging since the beginning dunno why), but i've been on to her since the beginning of the game.

If not for hedging, then please I'd love to hear your reasonings. Gut feeling? Instinct is good, but also easily faked.

Here is my thing about Sakura and anyone that sheeps really to be honest. Sheeping is an easy way to hide a vote and advance a lynch if you are mafia. To me its like "alright here is my chance to advance a wagon without being the one that starts it or the person that hammers it." Its a round about way of covering your bases if you are mafia. Now its one thing to actually agree with the wagon starters logic and vote accordingly but to say "well ill just sheep X player" seems sketchy to me. Its the good old fashioned go with the flow so no one suspects you strategy.

Also it bothers me how much Sakura is on Thor's nuts. If I were mafia the first thing I would do is try to get in good with thor because he is basically running shit in this game. If you were to get in good with him and make him think you are town you could cruise through the game petty damn far as scum. Now a lot of people are "following" what Thor says but none have done it as much as Sakura.

Those are just my thoughts on her at the moment now Im not going to full out call her scum but I am going to keep a close eye on her. I do want to hear more from Gale or Gale's replacement before I switch my vote

After hearing Gale I'm staying where I am at. There is literally nothing in that post of relevance and sounds to me like she is grasping for straws. Maybe when she comes back she will having something more concrete but after reading that its going to take more convincing to move my vote

It's bugging me how a bunch of people were saying Sakura is scummy, but no one was voting for her. Then, once I put the first vote down and went to bed, we suddenly have her at L-2.

What alignment do you suspect Sakura to have if this *is* an unusual movement of votes? Would that make her more likely town or scum? If you have no answer to that, then maybe the tell is null.

@Gale: Can't speak for Sakura, but I unvoted you because the town wasn't getting any information from that vote since you weren't here.

I think we've gotten some more stuff to look at now though (see my previous post).

I think it's more indicative of Sakura being town, and I suspect there is scum between the votes that hopped on because they were afraid of starting a wagon that will eventually lead to a mislynch. I don't see why townies would be hesitant to start a wagon if they thought someone was scum.

I still don't understand what kind of behavior constitutes someone as scum, so I'm trying but without knowing what to look for I'm having a pretty hard time of it. Is there a bullet-list somewhere of things to look for, or is it an experience-based thing?
