for now.

one thing that's annoying me is that you didn't let fuzzy react to my vote before jumping straight into his meta, ffery. i would've expected you to do your research and wait, but you pretty much gave fuzzy a get out of jail free card which he took advantage of. how come?

kaze's vote is poor. mainly because the gambit itself was bad.
In post 49, Kazekirimaru wrote:Total conjecture, though. He agreed his role was blue and the townie role isn't blue. That's that.
stretching like mad here. he agreed he was town, not that his role PM was blue.

And I didn't like this. Why not let Orci explain why you're town instead of running to the meta assumption?
if you didn't like this, how did you feel about ffery early on? see the first past of this post for what I mean.

deacon wrote:First off, sorry. If someone had wandered through my line of questioning I would have been pretty snarky about it.

I didn't wait was mostly for two reasons:

- In a few recent games I haven't jumped right onto an issue about a lynchbait-looking player and the situation got out of hand and the player was quicklynched. I have crossed into a mindset of prevention when I think I see that happening.

- This reason should have caused me to wait because it's in opposition to that one. I thought that your sudden push out of RVS on page 1 was out of character. Usually players who push for a quick end to RVS are town, but the combo of ending RVS and doing so by jumping on a weak-looking player was a high-alert moment.

The way you reacted to my quick meta of his opening posts bothered me even more. If you had argued it, or told me to get out of your line of inquiry I would have felt a lot more comfortable than I did with your "thanks I'll have a look later"
understandable about your quicklynch concerns. it's not the greatest reasoning for jumping straight in because i feel like most of this playerlist is not like that but you never can tell.

wrt to me being quite nonchalant at the time was, as I said to gif, because i didn't really want to give him any ideas of using it or pointing it out. i was hoping he'd come up with his own independent reasoning but evidently not.

your early vote on fuzzy felt like you were trying to take advantage of what kaze was trying to pull with the gambit. you did say it was for him being awkward though, which summed up how i was feeling but it annoyed me how it came after the vote.
In post 104, orcinus_theoriginal wrote:fery if you're manipulating me here i'll kill you

this felt forced and i didn't understand why you felt the need to post it as town.

voting in spirit with tammy wasn't great either: why not just vote with her instead? you were called out by rufflig (albeit poorly) and then you reacted by claiming it solidified your scumread on him (and then actually voting him.) it's like you were avoiding the wagon until it became easier to hop on.

meh. you're not my top scumread, but you're there and i'm worried.

Scum Kaze:

http://forum.mafiascum.net/viewtopic.ph ... er_sort=Go

He was scum with me, replaced in partway through day 1. This game was the basis for his accusation that I could be manipulating my meta results, because I handwaved the hell out of his meta to call him null-town.

His first scum game (also his first MS game)

http://forum.mafiascum.net/viewtopic.ph ... er_sort=Go

I can go through a detailed analysis if I really need to, but I think the differences are pretty obvious
so he's more serious as scum? i really briefly skimmed that iso but that was the main thing i gathered.

this is the problem i'm having with ffery's meta-dive. i do actually have a slight town-lean on kaze now for his nonchalance about the thread so far, but i feel his scum game probably isn't going to be similar to his original scum games.

yeah the townbloc looks good. orc are you absolutely sure, his play aside, that kaze can't be scum fakeclaiming?

SSK is bugging the fuck out of me. his lurking in imperishable night was different because it was prod dodges pretty much. here it feels like he's trying to make an effort but still trying to lurk enough to make it work as scum. hopefully that makes sense.

i want pitoli dead. i've made that clear.

do you think rufflig will flip scum or is it purely an information lynch? because i'm not planning on going along with an info lynch solely for mara's slot. I think myko will clear this up on his own hopefully, once he solidfies his reads.

I think our choices have to be between pitoli-SSK-Rufflig. that's my order for lynching, too. i'm not averse to lynching any, but I am averse to an info lynch.

Non rufflig thoughts:
orc/kaze are town because i doubt scum would've made a confirmable fakeclaim like that, specially the "mod confirming kaze as town if orc is lynched"
Mara's AtE looked town, so im not buying Kaze's meta case on myko
Mac gut town
fuzzylogic is in the "dunno" realm, my read on him has been jumping up and down all day, the scum slips thingy seems decent but i trust my gut read on Rufflig more in this case.
You were town, but i dont like your reasoning on your push on me when you have knowledge of how i act in hydra (which is usually rely a lot on my other head and bounce reads off them, the issue here is that GiF doesnt talk at all so I have to guess :<)
SSK is... idk how to read him at all.
ffery/bork seem way to aggresive for what I remember of ffery or bork (tho the one game i played with bork was a long time ago)
prohawk is another gut scum read.

PEd: JEEZ IM TYPING
What scum slips thingy?
What's wrong with my push on you? The thing that differs in your individual to hydra play is your inactivity, which is not something I'm attacking you for.

I must admit you're looking town again though =\
if you think this why are you still voting them?

this game is stallin and we need a lynch. myko, SSK or pitoli for me. can we agree on someone?

so what's going to get your blood pumping? I'm starting to see Minami town more because I like Sakura's willingness to try and work with you. does that come with the town-Sakura package? because in Ace Attorney, she didn't seem willing to work with alot of people (from memory) and she was scum.

I don't see why your read on her lessened while she was not doing anything? The second is that your scum read on me increased in that same period. Why didn't you apply pressure to me or switch your vote?

I'm not going to say more than this, but nacho, whether he's assuming or he knows there is day-talk, does not make him scum.

I don't understand. You are an investigative type role, and you are believing that there is another investigative role? Surely your thought process should be different here?

Skipping about 15 pages here because I have work soon and I'm not feeling too great.

Just gonna confirm my role is effectively vanilla neighbour. And Urushi is my character name, correct.

Why do you think I'll need re-reading? This has worried me a little, I won't lie. This is what mastin did as scum in Anything Goes in order to push my mislynch through, after he'd townread me all game.

Vote: pitoli

Don't think she's a hider and I don't think her thought process follows a hider. I especially think had she "died" last night as a hider then we wouldn't have had a fucking clue where to go, and this is what the biggest issue I have is, and it's why I think she's fakeclaiming. There is no indication in her ISO she was hiding behind Nacho last night.

I would see that as a balance issue if it was a straight up Cop and Hider, that would be weird to see. But as a 1-shot investigation each? Maybe this is just my inexperience talking.

For one: Fuzzy is bleeding bleeding bleeding town.
Mac is not bleeding bleeding bleeding town.

You are bleeding bleeding bleeding town.
Rufflig is not bleeding bleeding bleeding town.

Could it really be that simple?
well first thing is that this has been my most town game i've had in a while, the last day aside where I lost track of myself on here due to real life taking over a bit.
nacho wrote:(cop claim from scum in particular).
explain this?
In post 2063, ProHawk wrote:I think I would like to lynch Mac today.
if you could explain this, this would be good.

my lynchpool today is Ruff or Fuzzy. I think those are the last two scum, in fact. ProHawk I think has been pretty fucking town the entire game since he was wagoned early doors, and the only way I could see Nacho scum, since he's been cleared(?) which would be godfather I think - but then the miller claim makes no sense unless he's trying to through a red herring or something. Either way, Nacho likely town but needs to open his eyes.

Plus I don't see your trajectory on how your read on me when from "playing a stellar game as scum" to "scum full stop." You said it was in thread but I don't see it so some clearing up is needed.

Oh dear.

Alot of fuzzy's posting in thread and QT is what I think cautious-scum and not "town as fuck" as Nacho is portaying. alot of his posts of confidence in the scum end with "yeah I could be wrong though" and he gives himself alot of ways out of opinions he makes. I'd probably vote him as my top read today, but since we're probably in LyLo I'm going to hold it back for now until we have some more conversation.

towniest game I've had in a while is what I said - since Xenoblade. because I was in a townbloc and normally I never I am! don't you remember the good old days when no one was paranoid?

Fuzzy's scum because the towntells you claim he's dropping are bullshit, plus PoE that it's not me and not ProHawk, plus the fact every post he's made as we've got nearer the end has basically been "well, um, it could be X but I might be wrong it might be Y." I don't think get out clauses are town at this stage, stances need to be taken and shit needs to get done.

pedit: yeah that definitely wasn't scum wanting to put off their lynch! no way!

you've been saying scum has a godfather in the neighbourhood, so why didn't the cop claim stem from that? plus if it was anyone, it was more than likely fuzzy since, you know, I'm town.
