Ah. Well, M4yhem seemed to assume I was scum yesterday during his hammer of Bogre; it sounded like he was assuming I was scum for no apparent reason and therefore drew the conclusion from that that Bogre was my scum-buddy and I was defending him.

That being said, no one yesterday gave any actual reason to suspect me, and other then that wierd m4yhem post people seemed to think I was looking rather pro-town. So no, if the aliens were looking for people from the other scum group to kill, I don't believe that they would have targeted me last night.

Well, I know one thing you don't; I know M4yhem is lying, because my role PM says I'm pro-town, and so I'm trying to figure out what's going on here.

You're right, though, the aliens could have missed their first two kills, or missed one of their kills, or whatever. I tend to think M4yhem is borg because otherwise his actions don't make much sense to me, and we know that two kills were missed night 1 and 2, and that they couldn't both have been scum crosskills, although one of them might have been.

OK. If Yos is town, 2, at least, of milkman, Nightfall & theoper_COD are Alien. That would make M4yhem Borg. Along with, probably, ~N9V~ & Battle Mage.

Spectrumvoid would then either be a confused townie or a sneaky Borg
Akbar & TheJiveMachine could be anything at all.

If Yos is Borg, so are spectrumvoid & Nightfall.
Then the Alien are M4yhem & ~N9V~

Battle Mage then feels town to me.


I've been tossing up flipping my vote to M4yhem for several reasons. Yos felt more like town to me up to M4yhem's accusation. M4yhem is the definite scum - and I don't think it is yet fatal for us to lynch an Alien instead of a Borg. It puts us at 4 town, 1 alien, 3 borg tomorrow morning, unless one of the scum group misfires.

My problem is that I don't understand why M4yhem would give up at the point that he did and target someone he didn't know was an Alien, if he was Borg. There were two votes against him and I was wavering. That's still only halfway to a lynch.

I'm positive of two things:
1. M4yhem is scum
2. Yos is not an Alien

Day 6

As you may remember, there were two kills last night. And I broke the taboo of speculation by speculating there might be two scum groups.

From what I can remember from what we lost.

N9V had claimed alien and claimed again Yos was Borg.
Aliens took out Milkman Borg last night, thing is was he not the claimed kill as N9V says, I'm not 100% certain but 95% and we need to take down a Borg.

So for now

but I'm still not sure what the best move would be.

If we lynch Yos and he's town then we will be at 2 town/2 alien/3 borg with two possible night kills possible end of game.

If we lynch Yos and he's Borg then we will be at 3 town/2 alien/2 borg - still in trouble if two townies get killed. Nut miles better than lynching a townie.

If we lynch N9V as alien it would be 3 town/1 alien/3 borg - pretty much a Borg win barring some strange night kills. Hence we ought not to lynch an alien, I think.

Would a no lynch work, maybe someone who could work out the stats better than me could answer that. Probabilities etc.

we already have a good idea of that. the town wants him lynched because he is scum. the Aliens want him lynched because he isnt in their scumgroup. the Borg will probably hop on his wagon because they feel like bussing their buddy. we have already had the day, and in that day we decided that there was little point prolonging things. tomorrow, i believe extensive discussion will be required, but at this stage, it really wont achieve anything-when we already have a very good idea of who is who.

Jules hasn't posted once. I don't think Nightfall has posted once. (In the lost posts or the new day.) I'm not going to remember everything that everyone said that's been lost. I'd like to be able to see SOMETHING when I look back at this day other than "OK, we lynched a borg in less than one page"

Also, Yos, as you're going to be lynched, I'll reitterate my request of "Will you tell us if the Borg still have a known Alien other than N9V, M4yhem and Jack? If it makes you feel better, you could phrase it as "If I was borg, I would know that XXX is Alien" " I wouldn't mind conclusively outing the last Alien before we go to night, if possible.

I tend to think N9V is most likely a borg. There are only 2 aliens left, so why would an alien claim and guarentee his own death just in order to get me lynched, when frankly it looked like I was going to get lynched anyway? On the other hand, if he's a Borg (and knows I'm town from my argument with M4yhem yesterday), then his claim makes perfect sense, because the Borg know that if they get me lynched today, they win on the spot.

Also, looking at yesterday, N9V seems to have been equally happy with either lynching M4yhem or lynching me. So he's most likely a Borg.

then heres hoping your not Borg. i dont particularly wanna get caught in the crossfire between both scumgroups. FYI-i dont mind admitting that i am sympathetic to the Aliens today. they are significantly the weaker scum group-numerically, and because WE KNOW WHO THEY ARE.
