It works because of a simple rule of thumb that you can always count on:

Every scum replacement ISOs their predecessor.

Period. You have to! You have to know what they claimed. You want to know what level of hot water you're in (or if they left you pretty good). You want to know what they did. You can't replace into a scum slot without needing to ISO your predecessor. Good scum play? It's the very basics.

The first thing you commented on was the thing that was foremost on your mind. Human instinct. The biggest thing that stuck out to you this game was your predecessor's play, because it's the thing you care the most about.

Also Khan has had the moderator pass on that he would like me to limit my behavior to the extremely civil discourse that is his trademark.
