I thought the facts you pointed out here were a good catch on MS's inconsistent behavior. I don't know if it will have any merit because no offense but I don't really see that much consistency or logic being publicly employed by MS in his posts. Good aout this game is that Reck gave us the amout of scum. There are 3 scum left i the 10 players still alive.

Shin was a gut scum read based on how Bv ad Zivel both replaced out without doing very much for the game. I thought that was scummy but upon reflection I felt that Shin was putting a good foot forward against the read I plagued him with because of his predecessors. I also thought AGar, Anti (who has been lurking from this game it seems), Shinobi, and Majiffy were scum going into yesterday. Majiffy died, Agar flipped town, and Anti ended his stupid death tunnel on me after I proved the "track guilty" on me was nothing more than bad luck and blood lust which shows Anti is considering the game which I felt was townie.

I went to Hoopla over the flavor discrepancy and the weirdness of the role, but Hoopla has been giving a lot of content. I am not sure if she would do that as scum. I admit I was adept at reading Hoopla a year ago, not so much anymore.

I like Spyrex's logic on the wagon composition too. I had Spyrex as a weak town read with incompatible alignments if one of them is scum, possibly both town though. When he finally followed through with his bluster and his actions matched his words, I felt confident enough to sheep him, returning to my gut scum read on Shinobi.

I recommend everyone read's Toomai's replace out post in Mafia Discussion. Scum are more likely to replace out than town. I think we have that scum in Shinobi.

Not really. Although I admit I don't know specifically what you're talking about with Hoopla's read change. If it happened over the course of the day I'll give her some leeway. If it happened between two posts then that is fairly weird.

I will also admit that I haven't been playing the most town this game. I attribute that due to my job, depression, and then apathy induced by two scum roles I received (Final Radiant Tales in Coney Island and Science in the Castle in Mayfair Club).
I think I am definitely playing a different game from those two, a more townie game.

I don't have access to a computer currently. I do admit that I have been mostly PoE'ing this game, but I do find that my Antihero push and Shin push were original and almost entirely driven by me. Spyrex later took up the mantle against Shin.

I hate that people fucking lurk and don't give a shit maybe town, I hate that I didn't have my phone on Friday to switch votes and I especially hate that you have this desire to want to lynch a player today but won't push the reason, which again makes me scum read you since typically during mylo you push your fucking scum read.

Believe me Farside, I want to push MS to the ground, with his buddies Antihero and Shinobi, but this game is as you said to crappy. There are too many "maybe" towns and while I believe you to be town and probably the one to die tonight, there are a bunch of reasons for EVERYONE to be scum. That is why I asked for the town reads earlier (that chamber snarkily called me bad for, but maybe I read too much into his statement). I asked for the town reads hoping that it would draw attention away from your town butt and I could remove an outlier that I thought was scummy.

I can literally think of 3 solid reasons for everyone to be scum. It is why I want another day to think about things.
From my point of view, my chance of randomly guessing who a scum is tomorrow is 50%. It is the same for every town player from their respective points of view. The chance today is 43%. I think 7% is a lot and worth it, but I don't know if it is worth it enough given that you will likely die.

It is why I always advocate voting in MyLo, but not just randomly voting. It needs to be a concentrated effort so scum can't quick hammer for the win.

Farside, the difference between here and Event Card MS is that there MS could afford to be useless because his role was confirmed to the town and its interactions made it very likely to be town (whereas Blue Goo was derived from the mafia).

Here, MS apparently thinks that he is confirmed town when *no one* has ever said that and thinks he could get away with being a useless lurker.
He hasn't committed to anything until this game day. Shin's analysis on the activity is accurate. I think MS thinks he is close to a win and is trying to do everything to ensure that win.

I just want you to vote MS to see if he gets quicklynched. If he doesn't, scum found. If he does, oh well, we probably would have lost this game to begin with given the composition of the people still alive. MS backing off of me looks exactly like Antihero's weird as backoff from me early in the game when he was pushing me. I think it is scum motivated who don't want me to tunnel-f&%$ them into the ground. It seemed like they were being coached into that decision rather than thinking "hmm OS might be town".

I still have horrible horrible gut feelings about Anti not even reading the game and trying to continue to spin the "tracked to a neighborhood with a dead body" the day AFTER the Ninja flipped.

Like c'mon. That SHOWS he wasn't thinking about the game and was just going along with the back and forth because it made him look active. What makes you think he is so town from the early game?

Marquis thinking that my play in Mafia with the Quickness is different here and thus I am scum is just holy-what-the-f%&$-stupid. I'm not even sure if he is scum, but his play here has been really erratic in my opinion.

Ok. I am rereading Day 1. It is late here so my posts are going to be short.

I am basically at a point in the game where I don't really care anymore. Even if we lynch correctly today, we still have to lynch correctly the next day phase, I think and the next. We are trapped in a MyLo from here on out. I don't feel confident the current composition of players will be able to endure that to a town win so I'm basically taking the surrender at 20 route rather than trying to turtle for a potential win. :shrug: I just don't have the fight in me.

I kind of echo the sentiments of Shinobi. I don't understand why anyone is scum reading me other than Farside but I am in a lot of people's proposed scum teams.

Why? Why am I being suspected and why are my earlier questions about this being ignored?

I just need some solid town reads and a single solid scum read.
At this point, I think Farside is very probably town. She is acting very similarly to her play in Event Card early on where she was just gunning for me and not letting anything go. She's like a dog with a bone. She'll chew on it and chew on it until you can hardly tell it is a bone anymore. I really don't see scum Farside doing all that she can to vote for no lynch here. I think she would try to at least put some suspicion on a current person being voted. Instead she is really trying to push suspicion onto me. That is townie.

Desperado I think is probably town. This read stems from the blow up he had with Mollie. I kinda believe the stuff he was saying about "I wouldn't do the same thing twice as scum" and the fact that he almost replaced out of the game. I don't think that is scum Desp. He went into a huge back and forth with Mollie and I think that makes him very likely town. His play leaves A LOT to be desired. If Desp is scum, kudos to him. He fooled me well on his early play, but I've always said his scum game was stronger than his town game. I don't really understand his recent statement "if we're lynching, why not Shin? Seems like a no brainer." when he has a scum read on both Shinobi and Metal Sonic and MS at least has more support and more likelihood to be scum.

This is where things get really... eh.

I can't really find super townie players to fill in the remaining slots for my town reads. I felt stronger about things earlier in the day, like Chamber and Marquis but after rereading things I am less inclined to trust those opinions so I am just going run through my strongest scum reads.

Shinobi and his replacements REALLY stuck out to me that he was a replacing scum. Shin's posts after he replaced in also left a bad taste in my mouth. His most recent posts echo my own thoughts *a lot*. The amount of effort he is putting in also makes me feel like he is town. I know i am basing a lot of my reads off effort but there's just something about these people's posts that strike me as genuine and not the forced kind of effort that Anti is giving off.

Marquis I thought was probably town based on his play but I'm not even entirely sure anymore. Desp's early comments that Marquis has a lot of words in his posts but not really saying or contributing much is accurate. It is also accurate for Antihero. I encourage everyone to read his early game and then tell me that he is truly taking opinions on things.

This post came after Anti promised that he would give us content. This is not content and MS just gave him something to go off when MS's actions were SUPER suspect and it looked fake as fuck. I find it odd, though, that the all town neighborhood is the one that wound up having the least impact on the game. vezok went D1, SpyreX was pretty lurkadurp, ZZZX got gladiatored then nightkilled, and Oversoul just couldn't seem to get into it. I don't think this is an accurate statement to make. I immediately town read ZZZX and Vezok for their first few posts in the neighborhood before the game even started. Spyrex basically refused to try and parse out the game with our neighbors early on since he slated them for death early on. I know how Spyrex feels since work was basically driving me insane as this game progressed. Nothing in my personal life ever made anything easier to deal with in this game and I let it show, especially when it came to the last day. I strongly strongly believed we had an all town neighborhood the first few days and was so upset that Vezok was lynched Day 1 for basically being Vezok. It was heart breaking.

I *tried* to use the neighborhood mechanic but Spy and I were just never on at the same time and his play just didn't really jive with my own. We just approach the game from very different perspectives.

I do think that the neighborhood mechanic appeared to be underutilized by many of the town players. I think it was because they were all suspicious of each other. If the composition of the game (16:4) hadn't been known, things might be different. I was saddened by my role and even more saddened when my strong townreads (Vezok, ZZZX, Mollie) just died.

I am sorry to everyone who endured my play this game. It was bad. I was bad. I was not in the right place to play this game. I had a lot of personal stuff going, still have a lot of personal going on. Under a lot of stress. I was 1000% done with this game come this game day.

It was fun, Reck! You had some weird roles though (ZZZX, my role, and Hoopla's role). Loved Spy's role, haha.

I think this game could have been improved upon if the neighborhoods were different sizes. I think that would have made the move around powers stronger and made night play more interesting.
