Let's talk about it anyway because I disagree with your conclusion - as already discussed with Konowa. Feel free to weigh in on why the B_E reasoning is better than the Osseus readoning.
Both are questionably still alive.
Both have posted scummy and derpy today.
What's your dividing line specifically to make B_E a glowing beacon of scum and Osseus not even worth discussing today?

I am def shooting tonight. If the shot doesn't go through then it is for reasons other then me firing.

If ozzy does not die tonight, then he was either protected by some scum power rule interfering with my shot or he has some sort of invulnerability.
If he doesn't die, the rest of town need to realise this and the implications for it.

If it were 'strong' Day 3 only, it's really unlikely he would warn us about a potential invulnerability.

There are 8 hours to go but I go to sleep In a few so I will vote before I go to sleep.

I will then shoot ozzy overnight.

I thought about secretly switching to Ansuz in case scum could protect ozzy, but I would rather everyone know that I am speaking 100% truth.

Well, gotta say this response is reasonably forthcoming, not too defensive. And somehow you've remained focused (in a scatterbrained way of thought) throughout all the detractors and setup spec.

kthxbye still being alives makes Konowa paranoid, but Konowa feels that thought processes/motivations have been similar to Konowa all game so likely Town, thus Burning_Earth is likely Town as well.

Looking around that post (before, mostly), you'll see that he does contribute to the anti-Josh brigade, then casts main suspicion on Ansuz. But after he claims VT, he almost literally shuts down.
