losing drops you out completely, winning moves you up a tier.
Um, could you elaborate? You're saying that there should be 6 games at once, yes? Why does tier 2 have two games and what's the difference between tier 3 and 4 if they're on the same level? Also if someone wins in tier 2, do they go to tier 1 or do they have to play a second game at tier 2?
He's suggesting eight games at once:
Champ, T1, T2a, T2b, T3a, T3b, T3c, T3d.
The winner of T1 goes to Champ to face whoever won there last round.
The winners of T2a and T2b go to T1 next round.
T3a and T3b feed into T2a, whilst T3c and T3d feed into T2b.
In other words, you need to win three games to make it to champ: One game in Tier 3, one game in Tier 2, and one game in Tier 1. (Winning in a tier moves you up to the next tier, losing sends you back to the bottom)
