I read through tex's ISO, and while there are one or two posts that I wasn't fond of, he doesn't reek of scum to me. The Aegor wagon, however, I can get behind. He continues to push the texcat lynch with little reasoning, most of them time referring people to check his ISO. He's been tunneling since the beginning, and hasn't provided much to the game.

Your mild resistance to lynching Aegor has been noted. Maybe we can talk more about that in DP2.

dunno but I find it weird that no one, including Aegor himself, has brought up how odd it is to see both a doc and a bodyguard (especially since from a design perspective making the doc macho is the smarter choice since doc is more powerful than bodyguard)

it implies either oka is a scum doc or scum have no method of roleblocking or one of them is fake claiming (or wake just has really weird ideas about game design compared to me)

I just don't see scum making that calculation. It seems unduly rash. Town is more likely to get exasperated with a languishing day than scum. I suppose that WIFOM might be why scum might feel free to do that, but to call this a clearcut thing is just misrepresenting the situation.

There is nothing disingenuous about wanting to replace out and posting before that happens. At all.

I acceded to the claim because it seemed exciting and innocuous at the time, as I had a townread on Marquis. I was also feeling rather lazy and didn't feel like having to shout down people to stay alive. Marquis probably detected that and felt safe making the claim. If I'd known how you guys would have responded to it, I'd have left it to my replacement to deal with the claim. But that just seemed unfair.

but if you're already set on lynching both of us,
it really makes no sense not to first lynch the guy who has signaled time and time again that he doesn't have the resources to adequately play this game

a really interesting effect i read about is that
when people rate people as a liar/truthteller/not sure
the "not sure" choices predict liars better than the "liar" choices

but i'm nit sure how to apply that without being so selfconscious about it that the effect is ruined

you're a really creative dude, and I don't think you have to worry if any specific idea of yours has immediate mass appeal or not
many more will come, and if just a couple of them turn out to be winners you're a winner
just keep the thinking up
