15:3:3 - i believe this could be the case here and i'll get around to why in a bit

15:5:1 - probably unlikely unless there's a lot of town power (and if that's the case, i'm not so sure this would have passed balance/normalcy review by NRG)

What is confusing me is FF death. Assuming that Vasoon is telling the truth and shot Sakura the question is how did FF die. I am not very educated in Large normals so I am not all that sure there can be a werewolves and scum or two scum party in a large Norm. I think I saw there can be a ww/ scum from the set up page bur would like someone to confirm this.

Varsoon is almost certainly town based purely on mechanics. Two scumkills on N1 means that one of them was vig and the vig would have to be stupid to not either shoot Varsoon or CC him by now.
