my top three suspects:

Spoiler:
I feel that hbg often toyed with the momentum of discussion early in DP1. Every time a new conversation that had something to do with someone
Every post after #157 in HBG's ISO fails to place suspect on anyone but bewilder and saad except for a one-line mention of Anarchist...upon which HBG fails to follow-up or even give any explanation. I find this light punch to be highly suspect and a good way to feign suspicion but without having to own to hbg's own accountability, which is then also given up on solely because Anarchist pushes on saad. Further evidence of tunnel-vision on Saad.

than saad or bewilderbeast, hbg was right on the spot moving the conversation back to those two. This hyperfocus reads scummy to me. But on the other hand HBG has been fairly consistent with having those two focal points throughout the day. That either is a tunnel-vision from a townsperson or a scum tell. I'm currently undecided. In post 157, heyboxgaminig wrote:

Also, town read on paladin after the fantastic post that was #151 and I support your case that we may have found our two scum buddies already.
Although, if we lynch beast and he flips green.... we don't have a lead on saad anymore, Personally I believe that either paladin or myself will be the night kill as everybody else seems a little bit over the place, although coldwine is a possibility
So we should plan ahead. We shouldent put all of our eggs in the beast & saad basket.
If he did flip green, who would be the next likely wagon?

My read was based on how when saad pleaded with somebody to hope of the wagon anarchist did not hesitate, almost like taking an order from another scum? sure, Its not a great scum read and that's why I was waiting for more. this whole saad situation made me rethink that.
Even if he was mafia, Getting his side lynched is the worse thing to do day one and we could (much later mind you) mass claim when there are only 3 of us left and our vote on the last scum would be inherently easy...
Between HBG "suspecting" Anarchist and then retracting, I was expecting Anarchist to have made a strong post on Saad. While the rationale for pushing was good, Anarchist did nothing to emphasize this strongly. I feel that HBG is just dropping an act that is known to not be able to stand up after defending against it.
2. bewilderbeast
Spoiler:
It's all retread from others, but the main points are having a hyperfocus on Saad, possibly lurking when pressure was high, and also for not providing much overall. Seems fairly defensive and seems more focused on defending self than trying to find out a little more to
3. saad
Spoiler:
Before the recent unvotes, I was thinking that saad was just hyperactive in play. However, claiming that this is for a long con...it's a bit groanworthy whether as a defense as either town or mafia. What makes me a little bit less suspicious is that Saad seems to have intentionally attracted attention to self
especially
during times when pressure was not
on Saad. I hesitate in believing that scum would try to do so much to keep attention on self all this time. If Saad is doing this to get a better read on everyone, I would believe it a lot more. But there's this whole long con on the whole Jake conversation, and that's just confusing and way too convulted. In this deadline situation, I don't mind seeing saad claim with all this pressure, but I also think we're letting bewilderbeast get off the hook.
