follow up, I can't find it but I swear I was in a game (that was similar to this, a game based on a tv show that had to do with a particular season.) where someone made a similar type claim (writer, creator or something) and everyone was all like "oh no way is that a legit claim. HANG IT FROM THE TALLEST TREE!" but he flipped town. Perhaps it was a game that was eaten by Tigers, idk. But I don't find him all that scummy anyways. He just seems new and annoying. Man, I want some bloody flips without having to deal with all this shit. It sounds like a claim that simply wouldn't be in the game but LQ is reading to me like new town, but I'm hesitant to unvote just for that reason because I did that my last goddamn game and the nub turned up scum. Bad new scum play and bad new town play looks the SAME to me and until I learn to figure out which is which I want to go with the "Gene Roddenberry makes no sense in this game" stance. But I hate it.

As for Titus vs. Senator, I could definitely see TvT here, as Hostile said. Senator is getting all caught up with pedantry and I don't think Titus is purposely trying to misrep Senator's case. 994 is an example of that. I think they're just not communicating properly and it's made worse because they know each other. I don't see either of them doing this in a scum-motivated way, then getting a townie lynched and furiously back-pedalling from all of their confident claims. I'd have to see more of Titus but I do feel that very strongly with Senator here.

Though.

Senator, arguing that Titus was 'stealing your lexicon' was hilarious. You know a person's vocabulary is influenced by what they hear/read, right? People tend to use words they've seen recently without knowing it. The fact that you believe that's a scumtell is what's funny, though.
