she probably does, though. she’s bp and BBT was a neighbouriser. It stands to reason that the opposing scum team would be bp + some other ability. so shooting thor makes sense.

It's a very anti-town tactic. It sabotages cooperation, which is imo the most important town behavior. Town wins most often when they work together. Doing things that make people not want to cooperate with you, or that will honeypot in other town that are trying to cooperate you will make you lose.
It's just like Slayer's gambit.

Oh, no doubt. It was an anti-town play. But I'm also not claiming it was a good idea. It was funny and I don't feel bad for doing it, but it wasn't good play.
My lynch was foreseen from the start of day. Frogger was never changing his mind based on his posts in thread since the start of D2, and if Bella didn't hammer Lapsa was likely to do so. I accelerated the inevitable.
i agree that honeypotting is bad play, zor. we had a townie that did that when i was scum and they were a free mislynch in lylo.
frogger’s kind of aggravating to play against as scum because he obvtowns himself pretty easily and he’s hard to mislynch, and as town he tends to roflclaim too early and has trouble telling the difference between someone being wrong about their reads (or just disagreeing with his reads) and someone being scum. but he has a lot of potential and he’s intelligent.
i’m still at that experience level where i sometimes do dumb things because i can’t help it, and i can kind of get reads out of how people react to that but I don’t think I’d ever want to do it on purpose.
@Aero: but Thor has claimed cop and Shin has claimed VT so … oh wait sometimes people can lie. keep forgetting that about this game. it could be that Shin is the cop and Thor is the BP and they said it the opposite way around to wifom the other team.
working on social skills like remembering that people can say things that aren’t true and learning to detect when this is happening are one of the reasons i’m on this site.

Don't know why shinobi didn't hammer him. At this point int he game I would have jumped on that in his shoes.
Should be interesting to see Thor's play here. He already supposedly investigated Lapsa. texcat is now conftown with frog's flip. So, he can:
- guess on tool or bella
- bus shinobi
- claim he's out of uses or odd/even or something and couldn't investigate
He'll probably do the last one, and people will probably buy it.
