@Shazam, why are you attacking what is basically a play-style thing? It doesn't look like you've bothered to work out if it's anything to do with alignment, and it's no different to a bunch of people's reads. Why chose to take apart that post, in 14 pages?

If you're referring to my other post on this page, I'm trying to help someone be more constructive in their reads so that I can better determine if they or the people they are reading are mafia. So my question to you is: why are you pretending that that is the only post I've chosen to take apart in 14 pages? It's clearly not. I will only respond to those things which interest me.

It's one that I see KC (and others) ask a lot. I used to be complacent about it, but have started taking notice because I can see a possible scum motivation in wanting to know if the meat really is fresh before attacking. Some alts will bite you in the ass after you assume they are noob and go for an easy mislynch. The question is hard to use as a tell by itself though, because of the obvious value to town in letting the noob town live.

@Klingon: A better question would be, what about Shazam's play makes you think the noob/alt question needs to be asked?

He went against the Dragon wagon and then joined the wagon. He never explained his reasoning for joining the wagon; when questioning about joining the wagon he unvotes.

Other than this, he has done nothing noteworthy in the game.

That is more than enough reason to vote someone.

The curious thing is, Prolapsed Brain has been happy to be read like that [I do not believe he has made an effort to explain his actions or actively pushed/pressured any of his scum-reads (if he has any?)] Why is he not concerned with the 5 votes already on him?

I don't know if I can agree with this. Given the lurker status of PB, do you really have confidence that he's paying enough attention to the thread that the timing of his unvote is not just coincidental? Secondly, if the only noteworthy thing someone has said is somewhat scummy, does that alone really justify a vote on them? I prefer generally to have more to look at than one situation.

Hey you guys, sorry I haven't been active. I have been reading when I have the chance, I am just finishing up my "weekend" and thought I would have time to make an informative post before now. :/ Had to go in on my "Saturday, which sucked.

Anyway, I will give a full read list sometime in the next 24 hours, depending on how busy a night I have. It is over a 100 degrees today and I work at a hospital. Hoping we are staffed up.

I quick run down of what seems to be matters at hand.

I am not big on PB, and mykonian.

I do like Keyser and BBT.

I have a few ISO's I want to look over.

I haven't played a large yet, so it is somewhat daunting. I will do my best to be clear about my reads, and why, when I have more time.
