This part I believe.

The Tower represent catastrophic change and destruction. In the prior tarot Upick, I picked the tower, which was a one-shot vig.

This I could see. Hadn't thought of it.

The part I take issue with is the part about a JOAT having anything to do with the tower reversed, considering the tower reversed means "enables evil". A bit oversimplified perhaps but generally correct.

There were no reverse positions or illuminating cards, it was a simpler 9p setup, but some aspects of it are clearly relevant here.

I think reverse tarot cards have different meanings. For most of them, a reverse card is more negative but you can't get much worse than The Tower so...

I suppose now is as good a time as ever to ask: does anyone have a role that doesn't match their flavour in some way?

And on that note, I would like to know what the little blurb BRantz has for tower reversed is. Like, "you are the tower reversed, lord of the bad guys and doer of evil things, you dirty bad-guy-coitus"

Tower sounds Pawesome. In ESIII Tower was OP little trickster constellation. In Ogre Battle its a kinda crappy earthquake.
beeboy - Everyone thought this game was made to troll pie but it was really made to troll pisskop.
Almost50 pisskop: Overall, that's a townie slot. Don't ask for specifics because with PK everything can be interpreted either way. It's probably WHEN he says/does things that matter, so it's more of a matter of conception rather than solid reasoning.

@Oil/Kamigami: The role kind of fits the flavor I was given here was that the tower reversed is the absence of essential things. I have a bunch of one-shot abilities because everything is fleeting to me. (trying to be as descriptive as possible without directly quoting the role pm)

My illuminators descriptions are: for Hermit: retreat from distractions to determine my truth, and for King of Swords: driven by ideas, communication and order.
