He provided actual flavor, and ferry provided her reference source. Why are you googling random sites to defend brantz?

The only one of the four roles that is fitting is the jailkeeper. Doc and Tracker are especially nonsensical.

Yes. Although I wouldn't like to post the abilities right now for damn good reasons. (For the same reasons I crumbed the card.) But I can say one thing: my role is MUCH weaker than the thing Brantz claimed.

@Oil/Kamigami: The role kind of fits the flavor I was given here was that the tower reversed is the absence of essential things. I have a bunch of one-shot abilities because everything is fleeting to me. (trying to be as descriptive as possible without directly quoting the role pm)

My illuminators descriptions are: for Hermit: retreat from distractions to determine my truth, and for King of Swords: driven by ideas, communication and order.

Hm. I suppose the blurbs for each card are the same then. e.g. two people who have 'the tower' as one of their cards should get the same blurb for it (assuming same position). Though I doubt bad guys are going to fake claim cards so it probably doesn't matter much.

I don't think BRantz is lying about his role, for the record. I don't have intimate knowledge of Tarot cards, but from the brief description of tower reversed in the links in the sign-up thread, I can easily see how that role could be derived from that.

Though honestly, my hesitance about BRantz has little to do with me thinking he's done anything that's looked particularly town and more to do with me thinking about other things unrelated to his play. So whatever.
