A Simple Plan's been active in

different games since saying he would do something here. He needs to do something after his prod, or he'll be on the chopping block in a future day.

Then why not let the mod deal with it from the start?
I just hate it when people go after something so soft, it's still only a game at the end of the day.

His comment was not cheating. Mod has agreed, looking at it, it's harmless and over exaggerated to even be an issue. I don't see it an impact on either of your aligns what so ever though.

Every game I've been in he has done this and normally gets poked as scum for it.
I'm starting to dislike joining a game with ASP just because of the standard lurky play.

I don't necessarily think he's scum for it. Lurking is null if it's in your meta and you don't have a reason to do it. The problem is that if he never contributes anything, we can never know his alignment, and he definitely can't be allowed to make it to LyLo.

I meant, that you are obviously going to divert to the strongest wagon to another wagon or at least potential wagon 1 - To keep off yourself (not much of an alignment tell) 2 - To divert from your partner is who wagon leading.
