Did I really badly miscount votes? There's no wagon on you, how are you going to die?

So many questions. It's like I always have questions.

In post 130, goodmorning wrote:Basically, the idea is to do X action, so that people react. You expect them to react like Y or Z. You think Y is more like what Town would do, and Z is more like what Scum would do. Then it gives you a good foundation to start reading people from.

Now, I have seen people try to duck out of scummy actions by screaming "REACTION TEST!"
But makara's initial action wasn't scummy and your characterisation of it thus doesn't fill me with confidence.

Yes, I can see that. I think where I was deviating from you is my train of thought, which went a bit something like this.

- I thought that Ranger's vote was just to put pressure on makara by saying that the vote might be serious.
- I took makara's omgus serious vote at face value.
- I thought that a serious vote in response to a pressure vote was an overreaction.

I think it makes sense that I would think that the reaction test was backtracking considering I thought makaras vote was odd in the first place. I also think it would make sense that I was suspicious of the reaction test claim as a whole was bad play. The reason being:

- I thought that the overreaction was scummy.
- I thought that acting scummy and then saying that it was a reaction test is essentially an excuse for acting scummy.

This is reasonably sensible.

Unvote

hey everybody

What I find scummy about Errant are his motivations for voting me. From a town standpoint if someone makes a “serious” vote they would want to question it, but Errant was just happy to vote to make it look like he was doing real scumhunting without trying to figure out what is actually going on.

Look at his post 24 where he is explaining his vote to Brunneis. He literally said that I should have responded to Ranger’s vote by questioning it and wondering why, but he didn’t do that for my vote.

@duppin – I’m not going after Errant for going after a scummy looking player, but I am going after him for the way he did it and his motivations behind it.

@Trivium – how is doing a reaction test scummy? Explain.

Also trivium’s 104 is an awful post. It basically says “I don’t agree with someones playstyle so they are scum”. Errant is still much scummier tho.

Varsoon, why do you keep projecting the image that you don't care about where the direction town is going?

I just find this very weird, because both of Brunneis' halves have had scummy experiences with this mentality of yourself.

I don't understand Trivium's posts much at all, the more I read, the more it seems suspicious. Taly used to be the same way as noobtown and Trivium hasn't been on this site for too long... So I don't know, but I sense some genuine feelings behind Trivium - at least part of Brunneis does, and the previous votes on him haven't done much better to help. So in that case,

VOTE: Varsoon

Now could you give a fuck?

>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Also, to the people who have thrown suspicion on me but haven't stated anything beyond that
(Which is about 3: Ranger, (One Half?) Of Fire Hermit, and probably someone else I forgot to mention.)

Could someone please explain their scumreads on me?

I'm not gonna magically look like I care more 'cus you squeeze me.
Trivium seems scummy to me. I can't articulate it well.
The IC is voting there. That's a good thing in my mind.
If Trivium flips scum, that likely means the IC will be under fire, which (cough) is also a good thing in my mind.
I think you guys are town, for what is is worth. I also think your suspicion of me is well-founded, so I can't really squash that beef.
I usually get so invested and frustrated and post way too much in my games, especially as town but really as either align.
I'm trying a much more laidback approach this game.
Y'know, chill with it and deal with it.

Ideally, people think I am a cool guy.

Cool is good. It's great.

But are you cool Town or cool Scum?

Trivium bugs both our heads. There's some kind of disconnect there, wait - I FOUND IT!!

Look at posts and .

They seem a little too 'scripted' to me.

Post is what made my hair stand on end.

Trivium and Goodmorning are 2 of the Scums.

I pick

No, I can't. I'm still trying to explain it to myself. Words aren't doing a good job of being sufficient to the purpose.

So what your saying is, the only reason why you are voting me is because of a gut feeling and because the IC did too. Yeah right. I think your "laid back approach" as opposed to doing much indicates you are scum this game, especially because you feel the need to explain yourself for it too much.
Vote: Varsoon

Of course they are scripted. I wrote them. Can you elaborate more on your thoughts of a triv-good morning scum pair? I kind of get it, sort of the way we have happened to agree with each other and otherwise don't make much contact, but I think you need more than that to assume a scum pairing.
