In 781 I did not see where "at town" came from.
So I asked 782

786 responds, then 787 flips back onto rask.

I have a question on that, outstanding at 791

The UTL and heat connections are there too, but some are quite bit subtler, I am waiting for a flip before i get too burrowed into imagining what i see there though.
