The rules only state scum can both perform the kill and use their ability in one night. Unless I missed something I'm not aware of any confirmation that multiple abilities can be used at once besides the factional kill.

It's just that beeboy doesn't really have a reason to lie about being a rolecop or who he targeted regardless of alignment and a few months ago I'd probably come to the same conclusion that he did. And that's about all I care to say at this point because in the off chance beeby flips town I've probably already said too much.

Assume the Refiller doesn't know anything about anyone's roles, other than there are a bunch of X-Shots in the game.

The whole point of having so many X-Shots scattered everywhere is for the Refiller to have to choose who they want to refill, based on incomplete information. A Town Refiller would have to not only figure out where the PRs are, but also which ones are town (he doesn't want to refill a scum PR), and who actually is in need of a refill.

If the Refiller is Mafia, then there is no incomplete information, and the ideal play, far more often than not, is probably just to refill one of his buddies.

It just doesn't make any sense to me as a scum role. Or it, at least, makes far more sense as a town role than a scum role.
