Alignment Cop is inherently a town role. Neighbourizer is not. In fact, it's usually the case that two neighbourizers in the same game are of opposite alignments.

I've never seen entire roles provided for a fake-claim. Only a character name.

However, that would be pointless in this game since if Zelda can be a scum role, then anyone can be a scum role.
