I think that doctor not counter claiming right now is a bad move. We have 7 alive, with 1 confirmed town. Counterclaim means that we'll lynch scum in KTS and we'll have two confirmed town; doctor dies overnight, Magna confirms another player, 5 player LyLo with 2 confirmed town. We lynch in the pool, Magna claims his block ahead of time, instant win as a result.

It isn't productive. I can't lynch kill if he is uncountered no matter how much of a VI he is.

Here is my dilemma MoI stated he jked Kill.

Kill has claimed Doc (my least favorite role to play uggh), but with being jked his protect would have been useless.

We had a nk night, and at this point no reason to assume, especially since we finally nailed one of the scum, that the scum would have opted for a nk.

This means either Kill was the target and being jailed protected him or
Kill is fake claiming doc and is mafia and MoI jailing him prevented the nk.

So yeah I want to believe the claim, especially with no cc, and believe me if I were doc at this point I would have cced since it would mean Kill was maf for sure. But I find it hard to believe that the scum would have targeted him over MoI a claimed JK, or Imp who is viewed as town by most of the players.

Headache from this game uggh.

Should do what DC kitty and I did with the doc protecting the jk and the jk alternating tween jailing the doc and random peeps. That won the game for us.

Well, this has been dumb as doornails. With all the people saying a doc claim should counter and NOT claiming doctor and a good chunk are townreads. This would likely allow scum to detect the doctor if KTS is scum. So given the game state, it probably is best NOW to have the doctor CC.

Titus did you see the link I posted of the Slimer Nearly Vanilla game? Early on we figured out who the JK and Doc were (DC Kitty was JK and I was the doc), We made it work. I did not die for days lol, So yeah in this case where a CC would actually help nab Kill as scum would definitely benefit.

Still I can see why so many feel he has to be scum and not the doc he just does not seem a likely nk over some of the others in the game.

Dragging my feet waiting for a counterclaim; it seems clear this isn't going to happen, so will probably get up a post by tonight.

Initial thoughts are Ollie/Titus will an outside chance of Nosferatu mixed in there somewhere; Rach is easily my strongest townread at this point and I don't really see a world where that slot could be scum.
