I'm not sure, but I am thinking there might be some sort of way to break the setup and nearly guarantee a town win.

I think there might be a way to guarantee that Town doesn't lose:

Start 7/2.
Town agrees to (1) All UNVOTE and (2) Lynch the first person to vote after that. Assuming all Town comply:

If wolves don't dare to vote, indefinite peace. If one wolf votes, then worst-case scenario, he squeezes a vote in just before Dayend and lynches a Town, so 6/2.

D2, we lynch that motherfucker, and he gets his two vengekills: 4/1.

D3, we repeat the strategy from D1. No Town votes. If the remaining scum doesn't dare to vote, indefinite peace. If he does vote, worst case scenario he lynches a Town, so 3/1.

D4, The remaining three Town lynch the remaining scum, and WIN.

But now that we are aware of it, if we don't do it we will be playing against wincon, since competng strategies would tend to be worse for Town.

It's technically playing against win con for no one to vote imo. If no one dies then everyone should lose after a set period of phases pass. As Ariadne said it's against the spirit of the game.

I honestly dislike the resistance to the BTD wagon. There's nothing I see redeemable about his slot and I don't mind putting him at L-1 this early. Especially considering the Wolves don't have nightkills, I'm not very worried about lynching too fast. Bulletproof's discrediting of the wagon in particular felt iffy. Not sure if they were white knighting or defending a partner, but BP's slot is definitely on my watch list now.

As is karnos for some very odd posts he made. At first read I actually felt like 101 was towny but I don't think so anymore. MURDER is right also, 119 pinged me hard. I don't like the immediate agreement with Chip's plan either. Seems like someone over eager to toe the party line.

first of all, i think they would have found an easy broken town win if there was one. i believe there may be a Wolf PR that might prevent this strategy from working.

I feel like in the spirit of the game we should be playing to our usual wincon, and not trying to break this setup.

i still cant stand BTD 6 he is seriously pinging me scum. He has been self meta-ing and he feels like he is seting himself up to be able to switch wagons whenever the momentum shifts.

This. I don't like the fact that he's being told, basically, "don't worry my wolfy mate you aren't at risk of being lynched". He still hasn't done any visible scumhunting and I would like to see that.

101 didn't feel like a townslip but I'm not sure it even feels like it's trying to come across as one? I read that as NAI. I suppose you're thinking that it's an attempted townslip?
Not sure what to think of 119. It just looks worded strangely. I'll go back and do motivations in a bit since I'm kinda out of it right now.

I thought that might be the case. Slightly wary but your thoughts are mirroring my own (one of the reasons I was scared to post earlier before everyone got content out) almost to a T with small exceptions so I guess I can't keep up the paranoia of your strong scumgame forever.

And you're fine putting him at L-1? You realise you could've done that in this post, right? BTD6 was at L-2 then.

Explaining my vote since I have time now. I wanted to shift my vote to either Murdercat or karnos because I didn't like that fast wagon, and I decided that Murdercat was scummier. I didnt like his posts from 95 to 98, and I also liked 100 by karnos. What prevented me from voting earlier was because I didn't like 31 by karnos as it was L-2 in RVS, but looking at his meta it's consistent.

What I find interesting is that you have a problem with BNL's complaint against the fast L-1 wagon, but you don't mention Murdercat at all... when he had the exact same complaint, posted later.

Yes, the wagon seems a lot quicker than usual, and I feel that BTD6 is town with scum on his wagon, solely due to the speed of the wagon. Kinda reminds me of this.

Both of those are scum going to L-1 on town. I think scum is generally more ok with going to L-1 early on.

It's like murdercat wanted to exactly copy BNL's post, and even provided a link to a game just like BNL, yet he didn't even acknowledge that he was copying BNL. This really rubs me a scummy thing to do. And yet D&A seem to completely miss the post by murdercat, even while calling out BNL for making an identical post.

D&A + murdercat scum team? Too early to say, but I'm at least curious what the rest of you think of this theory.
