I tend to defend my townreads a lot when town and I get a lot of flak for it. So I'm well aware that this is a thing
When I say pocketing, it means something about the defense looks reachy to me and makes a lot of sense if basic is scum trying to net towncred from denouncing a mislynch wagon. Otherwise it's just weird town and synik is scum

btw this logic is flawed. you don't think that basic and synik are scumbuddies - ok. but then you move over to thinking that they are opposite alignments, and the reason for that is basic's hard defense of synik. it doesn't make alot of sense to think that synik would be scum if basic is town, since town!basic doesn't know synik's alignment, and would do that defense regardless of it, no?
