Here's the miscellaneous thoughts and reads list.
MariaR
- If MariaR is scum it makes absolutely no sense why Toogeloo committed suicide to prevent the Vig shot from falling into her hands
Skybird
- Very heavy early pushes by scum, unbroken eagerness to cooperate, plus some good posts every now and then when she emerges from lurking
Spiffeh
- Spiffeh was a firm townread for a long time, then I started having doubts, now I'm back to firm townread since my doubts about the neighborhood were proven correct only it was Andrius. I personally don't think Spiffeh would have bussed a teammate that hard in the D5 situation even though certain people have their doubts. So I'm betting all on this horse - if that Andrius wagon was a bus, then I congratulate you in advance on a masterful play and a scum victory.
MoI
- Been pretty firm town all the way. Good, insightful posting and a healthy amount of skepticism in my book. Even if his skepticism is a little more thorough than my own. The big thing is that he asks excellent questions that even I haven't considered from time to time, and that's big townpoints in my book.
PeregrineV
- His early and unwavering support for the Andrius wagon yesterday, plus Andrius's multi-day attempts to push his lynch, have greatly rehabilitated Peregrine in my book. There's still lots of ambiguity here, but with so many others badly need rope he's dropped back to the middle of the pack in chopping block priority
Errant
- I'm starting to get seeds of doubt here. If he is scum, up to this point I don't see much he would do differently. He's lurked a lot, done what he was told and been left with freedom of action due to his role, and has had a pet doctor babysitting him all game. He's been living a life of luxury that would be really beneficial to scum, which has left seeds of doubt in my mind all game. Most recently, the biggest seed of doubt was Andrius's vote for him - it could have been him overstretching himself, but the my gut can't shake the feeling that it was a hardcore effort at distancing. And his recent apparent townread and refusal to lynch SpyreX inflamed those doubts into suspicions.
UT
- Has played an extremely similar game as SpyreX but his voting patterns are slightly better. Which is saying something, considering UT has basically blown with the wind this entire game. That's pretty much it, and why he's third in line on my chopping block priority.
Fire
- My gut says this slot is town. Infuriatingly obtuse town. But my brain says he's too scummy and too dangerous to leave alive, both in terms of role and demeanor. His activity D5 was horrendous. Getting suckered in by scum after he's tipped his hand into leading a counterwagon against the obvtown bloc is just inexcusable.
SpyreX
- Constantly leads wagons on townies. Has yet to actually vote for a scumflip wagon since Toogeloo on the first fucking day. Quickhammered GenX before the town was ready for night while believing he would flip town(!!!!!!!). Andrius's biggest cheerleader D5 well after he tipped his hand. Contributes next to nothing and is playing a "woe is me I wanna die" game. Need I say more?

Other Notes
* My biggest reservation about assuming a SpyreX/FA team is I find it highly unlikely ALL the scum would blatantly push the counterwagon there yesterday.
* My biggest reservation about assuming a SpyreX/UT team is I find it highly unlikely they would buddy each other so blatantly all game and essentially copy each others' play-style for this game the entire run.
* Maria still doesn't seem to understand that Fire going to the Lab last night was an enormous risk to town if he is in fact scum, because it would have allowed him to kill Errant or herself with a Strongman shot, at the cost of scumclaiming. Thank christ MoI has a head on his shoulders.
* Though the above seeds counter-doubts in my head about Errant because Fire showing up there last would have been the perfect opportunity to Strongman Maria and pin it on Fire.
* Skybird actually made a pretty alarming point in the PT yesterday regarding his post on an Andrius/Spy/UT scumteam and this series of responses:
Anyways, I'm going to give it a day for the town (and myself) to mull over things before I vote for someone definitively.
