It is a hard slot to replace into, and I admire his courage.
You will have a FEW hours here to prepare... I will announce the OFFICIAL replacement in thread with a 48h deadline extension later on this morning. I can delay maybe 5 hours if you need it? Or I can announce early. Your choice.
