There certainly is beautiful symmetry there. Lots of good, none of evil. Isn't it beautifully balanced when this occurs? After all, the +good is counterbalanced by -evil(+ is counterbalanced by - and good is counterbalanced by evil). It is you who have failed to see the true extent of conceptual balance that is required for Utopia.

For instance, being balanced is morally righteous, and being unbalanced is not morally righteous. Attacking another person for no reason is morally wrong. Order should be maintained. So on and so forth.

Again, your definition of balance is entirely off, and if you're going to use words you have to go with the socially accepted definition. Because that's how words work. In this case, good is the positive 1s, evil is the negative 1s.

What you fail to perceive is looking at each number as +1 or -1 rather than two components, a plus and a minus, along with the number it modifies.

Just like +1 and -1 balance due to the 1s being neutral, +good and -evil balance due to the good and evil balancing each other out(thus having the same effect as a neutral number). Note that a society that has -good and +evil is balanced too, but the balance introduces good so the good is no longer -, and then it becomes unbalanced, so such a society is inherently unstable while adding more good doesb't change the + symbol of +good so my society is stable and safe.
