I don't really think this benefits scum; I think it's likely Cooldog would structure the scumteam in a way that makes it obvious it's not just one team (2 mafiosi, maf doc, maf seer, etc).

Alright, then there's probably a scumteam and an arsonist. If the scumteam consists of 2 people, probably 2 teams and an arsonist.

I fail to see why arsonist would be a pro-town role. If a town arsonist exists, I would feel far more comfortable with them being leashed than you and them running around messing with night actions.

not pay attention to early claim implications in terms of other roles
i think its likely each role could be individual to another role and any implications you would get in a normal game arent present in this

extinguisher claim itself is believable
too random of a role to fake right off the bat
