Honestly I don’t even really care about Day 1 beyond not lynching a potentially strong town player because I find that scum win rates go up when you lynch scum Day 1 - and some players just shouldn't get near LYLO.

So sometimes I just try to make sure no good town players get lynched and push for a lynch on whoever is the most obstructionist or useless, which often enough hits scum anyway because that’s what scum do.

I understand that a majority of you will have a fit about this and construe this as me not caring - it's empirically true though. Day 1 is meaningless and the most important thing is that people interact and you don't lynch some good townie.

Like I don't even remember much about him off the top of my head, even less than about LUV, which is not good of course. But I think so far only DDL gave a reason for scumreading him as bob's posting was underwhelming or something like that.

Bob's scum case is that he's simply burden of proficiency. He's a good town player. This game, he's largely been meandering about with a scum-case on me that's less than impressive

In fact, That's why strongman is a more plausible possibility than Ninja right now. Because I can hard read A50. I can get into his mind. Depending on how he goes about claiming, I can figure out his alignment.

He once replaced into a game and I was town reading his slot, and literally on his entrance I went “Oh, Almost is scum” and I was dead serious and correct. A50 knows I get him like that sometimes, so when he is scum he has to be aware of me.

I have players where I am forced to play around as scum too. RCE is one of them, jingle, something smart, A50 saw my SK game so that’s scary.

Guys, I don't want to spoil you party, but -so far- everything makes sense to me from a setup design/balance PoV. The designers

clearly

balanced the game around town powers trespassing on each other's turf, and thus scum could actually win through town miscommunication.

I am a Loyal Visitor. My role stopped being useful the night the Tracker died. I had been hoping for a Tracker Backup to exist to bring my role back into the game (If a Tracker successfully tracks me to someone then my target is town, but then there's a massive possibility for that to give a false result via the JK targeting me, or to give a no result if they target the Tracker)
