When i was online last night i had a weird feeling that everytime i have a scumread it vaporizes from the person posting, or ppl are just towny enough in their posting and i wanted to make a more analitic style read to find scum, but i kept drawing a blank everytime.
So eventually i went like "screw this if my analytic side isnt helping ill go with my gut".

A lot of people tend to vote them out of paranoia because they are very strong as scum, without bothering to actually sort them themselves, and I decided that i will not be swayed by paranoia and still try to read the players myself.
If a game seems to easy, maybe it is? It's not like I know exactly who is scum, sure scum could be tainting my reads. It's that something i think is worth worrying about day 1? hell no, unless sometthing really compelling causes me to doubt my townreads i wont change them... (unless it's a weak townread i guess).
And I'm not gonna start getting paranoid because some people have decided to do so, sometimes scum teams just crash and burn early on and just die like that. Sometimes we're being played like puppets. It's not easy to find out which one it is, and it certainly wont without flips down the line. I dont care about having a hero solve day 1, I just want to try and get at least 1 red flip, if i do, well nice, if i dont, well, i'll just try again tomorrow and probably do a reset and re-read depending on the flips.
