These were the posts that I remember pinging me when I did a quick skim of Quick yesterday. After reading more of his iso today it looks like he is really just trying to get anyone lynched. If you look at his iso when he votes, he votes almost everyone. His vote doesn't carry any weight because he moves it so much and he is generally making the gamestate harder to play in. I think both of those things are scum traits. Plus, he hypocritically shades Farside for having empty votes when he empty votes the majority of the time he votes.

I think looking at Quick's vote on ETL is important too. His vote swung the tide over onto ETL. It is interesting he didn't vote Ari despite Ari frequently appearing in a list or Quick suspecting him throughout the day. I could be wrong on Ari!town, especially if Quick flips scum.

I think these votes are the worst votes on the ETL wagon. Specifically, I find Quick, Miss Lynch, Elements, Flavor Leaf, and 5G Tower to be bad votes.
I am giving Mastina a pass for her vote because I think her play today places her as solid town unless she randomly decided to want to try as scum in this game in which case gg us. I am also giving Vecna the benefit of the doubt for his vote because I think he was pretty townie yesterday. Same with Auro.

Of the votes I noted, I think the worst ones are 5G Tower, Quick, Elements, Flavor Leaf. 5G Tower has an absolutely TERRIBLE iso. Somehow that slot has 21 posts in a 130 page game. That needs to die. Quick for the reasons I have stated. Elements is also a really bad vote because he called ETL town and then ignored that slot until he placed a vote on it. Flavor Leaf is bad because I have seen FL do this type of play as scum before. However, he at least gave clear reasoning for the vote. The others did not.

{Quick, 5G, Elements} have highest scum equity with FL in there as well.

{Nero Cain, Mastina} is my town core that I need to add to. I think I am comfortable putting Auro and TSE in there for the time being.

I mean, I don't think this is necessarily the guess. Maybe in the long term what you're saying is right. It would be hard to lynch someone if they gave a few effort posts. But in the long term I think you are wrong. It is hard for scum to continually put in the same amount of effort that they do as town (if they have a large disparity meta-wise).

At any rate, Mastina is not worth dealing with right now. She's either town and will get nightkilled hopefully or she will just lurk until later in the game and we lynch her.

I KNEW I FORGOT SOMETHING. I meant to point this out with Quick and Ari as part of my scum case on Quick. I thought how Ari and Quick handled the ETL wagon is telling. I think if Ari was scum getting strung up he stays on the wagon, not moves away from it. Quick on the other hand DID move to the wagon when he was getting strung up.

There are many examples of players to whom you don't apply the "normal" scumhunting principles to catch; and I've pointed out that Saudade is one of them. I feel like that should be clear just from looking at his ISO. On re-reading, noticed that I've stated that in both 3121 and 3156, yet, she doubled down on this in 3227 without appearing to take any of that into account. I don't think Nahdia should be the type of player to pursue such surface level plays. She also discarded the entirety of the setup spec discussion which arguably is beneficial in part to town - all this leads me to think she's just not putting much effort into thinking about the game. Apart from Saudade there seems to be no strong read in her ISO: feels a little like scum replacing in, picking someone to attack, and just coasting, does it not?

Why, do they degrade over time without fans? The stock fans (for cpu and GPU) seem fine enough, I did keep track of temps whenever I played intensive games and such.

Because the Wattage gives off heat. Basically, electrons move through the wires with causes resistance which causes heat. So that is why when you electrocute a piece of rubber it does all kinds of weird stuff. It's basically because of resistance, but you also need resisters in your circuit or else the amperage from the current would cause the electrons to move through the wires too fast and the circuit would sort of bottleneck on its own path at the same time the electrons are moving through the wires. Think about it like this: Lightning is electricity that just basically doesn't have any resistance. So when you get struck by lightning, it burns you (and leaves you negatively charged which is why people who get struck by lightning once are more likely to get struck again, but I digress) because when the force of the electrons moving through unresisted space, when it DOES his something with resistance it creates a LOT of heat. People are still pretty good conductors of electricity, but they are not even close to as good of conductors of electricity as air is... It's just that with air, when a current moves through it, it can just be dispersed out everywhere without any sort of path. Anyways, it's not a perfect analogy because technically the electrons move from the ground to the sky so the conductor is actually you and not the air, but I just said it that way to make things simpler.
