But particularly in the early game I think it’s helpful to think about whether particular posts are more likely from town, and to push on anything that might be from scum. For example, I agree that Star Power’s post isn’t particularly indicative of scum, but I also can’t townread that post. In the end it’s just a colourful way of saying “let’s kill scum!”

IMO I don't think you are a dull player so if you haven't seen anything suspicious yet then I think you should reread and be more open to being skeptical and critical of others. I think the idea of whether or not most posts are NAI is tricky. In this particular game I believe that a lot more AI content than usual has been created.

IMO I don't think you are a dull player so if you haven't seen anything suspicious yet then I think you should reread and be more open to being skeptical and critical of others. I see. There are more to posts than what the post boils down to, there’s wording, tone, etc, but I get where you’re coming from.

I think that Flavia's recent pop in (160 and 162) is incredibly scummy.

Like, the fact that when she came back to the thread, the thing she had to comment on was furtive's miller claim and bell's response from page 1, and then flashed forward to the current page to defend against a scum read pointed her way, and then left the thread with no comment on anything else.

It makes it feel like she wanted to make a comment on *something* but also did not want to touch any of the current discussions with a 10-foot pole.

I kind of had the opposite reaction to flavia’s posting. It more gave me the impression of town just posting thoughts coming to their mind rather than being particularly agenda-based. I also liked her comment in relation to the early suspicion on me (I think scum would have been more likely to just let that play out) and the comments about psychoanalysis felt weird in a genuine way?

In your own estimation how likely are you to FoS scum on D1? And would you describe yourself as an individual who is unwilling to learn from their own mistakes?

I would say that I’m pretty likely to FoS scum day 1, but I think it’s important to always consider where I might be wrong and constantly reevaluate reads. I don’t think it should be considered a “mistake” to have a wrong read. Or if it is, then we’re all making mistakes constantly. It’s about the reads journey! As silly as that sounds

I guess despite not finishing elaborating my read on Flavia I did write a lot about it. Is there a reason you townread me in this game when from my point of view I'm playing similar to my SK game where I don't think you ever townread me?

I think I did townread you at first in the SK game but I don’t remember how much I expressed that. I thought you were SK later on though.

That said, I really do think your play around Flavia here is much more indicative of you as town than scum. If I’m wrong about that, feel free to let me know

I can't really put my finger on the issue I have with kokabiel, but the snark just feels... off. Almost like it's aimed at appearing a certain way rather than seeming like actual genuine responses to me. 145 is an example, and more recently 219, 227, 229. But I'm not sure what to make of the moonlight dancer thing. Does koka think that this is clearing? If they do, then do I expect more attempt from scum to at least look like they're solving? I'm not sure.

At some point I do want to read through NYM's posts but I'm too sleep deprived for that right now

I could see frog as third party maaaybe but I still think he’s more likely town barring this being an amazing replication of his towngame.

Things like the Flavia read progression- such as the way he went about trying to get me on board felt true to Frog’s way of doing things, while as scum I think he appeases more.
The intensity of his conspiracy theory regarding Roden is also more like him as town. As scum he is more malleable I think

Also I have a theory that Koka's role also reveals their alignment to the Government. However, I think that there's a good chance they're actually a Traitor, and that their Advocate reveal also tells the main scum team that they're a Traitor. Which is why I asked Nancy what kind of roles could possibly want to get eliminated; if Koka is a Traitor, they might be trying to look scummy in order to sacrifice themself for a scum buddy who got run up AKA Passenger.

That would make it even more strange that koka revealed so early, but I could see it if another scumteam member had a better role.

Roden is there any role-related obligation for you to reveal as advocate at any point?

I sent it to Frog, for a few reasons. Sending it to my biggest detractor forces him to have to accept he was wrong, if he's town. That part's important, because Koka already stated that when an Advocate reveals themself, that it gives information to the Government.

Besides the player I target, the Government also learns that I'm town.

This is Roden saying that he sends a friendly neighbor style message AND that the government learns that he's town.

That confirmation says nothing about Roden.

"Misleading results" almost certainly means something like a gunsmith type role which can pull false innos/guilties

I actually put a decent amount of work into this game and its frustrating people dont even bother to read my posts.
Almost every sr on me is hollow without any specific reason, nobody told me this is bad cuz of X and Y. Everybody just says Kokabiel is scum and votes.
I have stooped so low that even the bottom tiered Johnny degrades me like this.
I would like to say how many times i contributed more in comparison to him bu any number i multiply with johnnys zero is still zero.
Like, why are you in this game if you are too busy to make a single post with content!

I think that’s how it goes sometimes I’ve definitely had games where I couldn’t understand why people were suspecting me and felt like I had no agency as a result and it’s a sucky feeling! If you are town though, then your flip might actually be the best thing to allow us all to reset and get back on track.
