Baltar's a lady. Getting a match is more important than checking to make sure the player he's matching with is town.

If Unowen is mafia, he's getting paired with someone regardless of whether Baltar reads him correctly.

Like let's say Baltar reads Unowen and decides Unowen's mafia.

What's he supposed to do then? If he says no I don't want to dance with you, Unowen!Scum just goes and picks another lady and baltar gets flipped and then ???

and at that point Drapion proposed to me out of nowhere, and I wasn't really sure if I should accept because he's sort of crazy and ranty and his reads are whack but then I thought about his approach to me skewed town because he was re-evaluating me in the moment and moved from his first choice.

then I remember he was ranting in the PT alone to himself and thought at least i'd have a pretty active dance pt so that might be fun.

his first post was asking me what I thought about the cakes flip
his second post was telling me that he thought shirou was definitely town.
his third post was asking me what I thought of firebringer.

when I said he was being serious/solvey instead of fluffy/flirty, I was complaining that he didn't flirt with me or post music or anything fun that I enjoy. His posting in the PT doesn't look very different from what he's posting here except we are talking about some date spots in Japan and he told me how nice i'd look in a Yukata in Fushimi Inari after I got him on the subject.

I originally had Drapion at Town because I really liked the way that Drapion asked me to dance.

the way I think scum pick their partners is that I think they are tactical in picking who can survive a long time and is townread and desired.

The way Drapion decided to flip from asking Shirou to also asking me just felt spontaneous in a way that I don't think scum do - though I guess it is possible that scum drapion doesn't really give a fuck.

We know there's at least one lady on the scum team by the flip so I would think the scum team would be more tactical/calculated in the way they deploy their gent side players as you need to shape the game.

The way Drapion did it felt like he was deciding who would be fun to play with rather than who would go deep and felt like it had no strategic thought involved whatsoever.

If GL's right about Nor, I'd expect him to be more reasonable but instead his initial reaction was to lash out with annoyance - this feels like it comes from a place of genuine emotional reaction to GL's push on him.

like yea scum can be annoyed to but I think GL's points against him are decent if not good and if Norw is scum, then I don't think his reaction would be to get annoyed because he'd be caught for the right reasons - he did something that was kind of scummy and got called out for it.

Esp that line about "what did you do except get confirmed IC" feels like he's mad at GL for getting his alignment wrong and I don't think scum him would come up with that.

This feels like really counterproductive to post if he actually wants us to survive and there's really no reason for him to post that because it only signal amps suspicion on his dance partner.
