I think the questions he's asking me say no because they feel more like trying to gotcha me than solve me, but him thinking there's a gap in logic between my stances in the first place I think comes more from town. I can see how town could end up with that perspective

These are two times that Shea would have typically yelled at me for being an asshole. Instead, it's like talking to waiter at a restaurant who knows he needs to be nice to get a tip.
