Skimming through to page 25 so far, my biggest town reads are Mastin and BBmolla. My highest scumreads right now are Muffin, whoever the Muki slot is now, and Xisiq. I'll be more detailed when I'm done reading and can start digging deeper.

I don't really see Mastin being scum. I find her posts coming from a mostly town point of view and she has a genuine interest in finding scum.

There's a difference between finding scum and stroking your own ego. Why don't you put your own selfish ambitions aside and help the town as a whole.
