I’ve played with you when you were Not Chara as well, maybe that’ll help

You know what? let's assume they're both TOWN. We still have 5 TOWN slots to pick for the coalition and win the game.
Now what if the game doesn't end? With them BOTH out of the coalition we know for a fact they can't be teamed together. That's a step ahead.
them not being a team doesn't matter unless our coalition fails with one of them in it. as of right now i don't find it too relevant, but it was something i wanted to save for my ISO.
pedit: i looked under all three. unfortunately i'm on my phone and Gamma himself posts in a lot of threads.

in that case, do you have any time to put in more effort? right now i'm concerned about you popping in with comments instead of really engaging, and having reads that you haven't put too much thought into.
those could both be as you say, lazier town Gamma, but it's pretty hard for me to tell the difference.
which is why i've been trying to find our games together, because i seem to remember scum Gamma trying hard in games.
pedit: it doesn't really, skitter. Sky wasn't actually the only player not townreading me until very recently in the game, it was mostly a joke.
I mean I have noticed a meta shift myself where I feel less obligated as Town to put effort in (this might be why you started having trouble reading me @A50). And I definitely have had past games where I’ve tryharded as scum, idk if you were in any of them. I could try looking through my own history of games tbh.

Do we think chara has any chance to be scum?
yeah i'm pretty confident he's town. feels kinda too agressive if scum sorta
i'm a little paranoid of chara. i don't like scumread them really but i'm a little ???? about completely trusting them
In post 460, skitter30 wrote:i mean i think she has a point with this; the concensus non-townreads are people who are often perceived as lynchbait
and i feel a little ???? wary about that
for me it's because it's dangerous to have lynchbait in the coalition. it'd be different if one of them was being very towny.
we can afford some scummy town (two, actually).
i mean yeah but it kinda makes me feel like the consensus scumreads are lynchbait
i know that ti's a little more nuanced than that (it's not that the consensus scumread are lynchbait but rather that the consensus not-townreads are lynchbait) but it feels a little wrong/weird
don't know what to do about the paranoia. not surprised it exists? just being the most townread player (or one of?) would probably invite it.
pedit: Almost are you going for the win right now?
let me post!

i wonder if i messed with whatever Almost is trying to do.

I mean yes this is definitely a big part of why, for me anyway. Either we're nearing gamesolve or you're scum or {skitter, A50} is the scumteam fmpov so I'm trying to sort out if the second and third possibilities are at all likely
skitter: is "confidence" all there is to the A50 townread? Someone (you?) said he's bold as scum. Would you bet the game on town!A50 at this point?
i said he's bold as scum. he's bold always, it's a major character trait. and he's not fearful of retribution as either alignment,

i'm worried about this too, sans myself being scum obviously.
decided to trust Almost, though. had a town ping from aslight before he even showed up, and now that he has he's continuously raised town Almost flags.

i'm aware i have a bad habit of townreading scum Almost (Maplewood and Varsoon's Variety Hour), but the former was a reactive townread when Almost was scumread just for being himself, rather than doing anything i'd call scummy, and the latter he did something so blatantly scummy i couldn't believe he would as scum. (turns out he would. haha.)

pedit: but why Aubrey tho
uh honestly idk if i can ever really describe what makes town!him town
he just feels like town him
am i like 100% confident? no
but i'm prob most confident on him than anyone else
In post 491, Chara wrote:i said he's bold as scum. he's bold always, it's a major character trait. and he's not fearful of retribution as either alignment,
it's not bold exactly
more like being aggressive, not being afraid to make waves, sincerity, not-caring-how-he's-perceived
there's like a certain 'drive to win while also not giving a fuck about what people think about him' that he has when he's town
Almost are you sure on Aubrey? i replaced him for Gamma. (though i think both are town)
